Whole Foods Market

I ordered one of their pizza’s for delivery. It was terrible, hard as stone. It looked like it had been sitting under the lamps all day, burned, and then they threw cheese on it to cover the burned cheese—burning that new cheese too and throwing Parmesan on it! Ew! I will not be ordering another pizza from this place. The kids were extremely disappointed. Ruined a party… shame on WholeFoods for pushing such junk.

Great selection but this is not the place to shop if you're on a budget. The timing on the hot bar is a little wonky. If you don't get there by 9:30 breakfast is pretty much gone, but lunch isn't up until after 11:30. The Amazon drop off is convenient, but would be nice if it were open earlier than 10:00 a.m.

Whole Foods is not my usual shopping place, however, I was out and about, and I needed to return an item to Amazon. That is why I initially chose to go to this particular Whole Foods--it is a return and pickup center for Amazon. First you need to do the online return stuff with Amazon (which was easy). When I went to Whole Foods to return my merchandise--that was easy, too. So, while I was there I wandered around and bought a few items. Most of their prices seemed high to me, but so it is. That is why I don't frequently shop there. I liked that they have a parking lot, and that they are still cleaning shopping carts. Also, their meat market seemed pretty spectacular to me. When I checked out, my checkout person was very tolerant of my ignorance of how to quickly buy things at Whole Foods. Nice place but $$$

I tried to use a Whole Foods gift card but when I scratched to reveal the pin one of the four required digits scratched off. Instead of referring me to customer service the cashier insisted that I’d have to call the number on the card to get a replacement. She told me that if I went to customer service they would tell me the same thing. I eventually went to customer service and they called the number on the card and transferred my gift card balance to a new card. Thank you Sam, in customer service, for doing your job with integrity. Sam also scratched off and made sure that there were four digits in the pin.
