Wonderful lunch spot and now my favorite any time I am in town. Numerous food options including healthy ones that seem to dominate the menu. The owner was so nice and asked me how my precious day lunch was. Highly recommend this spot for a good meal.

So far, ive tried the fried chicken sandwich and it was excellent!!!!! Totally recommended. I really like the meal plans offered and the choice of eating healthy.. would totally order from cafe 15 again!!

Finally had a chance to visit the place & I ordered the fish & chips meal. I received 3 pieces of fish (cod) & a generous portion of chips (nicely seasoned potato wedges really). The spicy, vinegary slaw was ok, but I didn't have a reason to hate it either. Cost with tax: $17.
Overall, a generous helping of food for the money. But, I'll try something else next time.

Amazing food! The sprouts are literally "the best". A must try for the oakland lunch scene! They do catering as well! So impress your boss with this amazing food! Call or come in and speak with Cybele the owner!

Great food. The fried chicken sandwich is always good and I've had several great specials. Service can be slow. Only open for breakfast and lunch on weekdays, which is pretty annoying for those of us who live in the neighborhood but work elsewhere.

The food is very good here, so far I've tried the Cafe 15 salad, fried chicken sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, and pasta. My favorites are the onion rings and french fries.
Down side is there isn't much seating and if you don't get there before the lunch crowd you'll have to get your food to go. They have a nice selection of drinks and teas.
The game plan is to try everything on the menu.

Well this was my 1st time coming here and off top I knew I should've went somewhere else. The guy at the counter wasn't to welcoming and came off super rude and the prices for their food is out of line 15 for a chicken sandwich that's a Bake Sale Betty knock off smh Bake sale didn't charge that much smh it was no drink or sides included. The sandwich was ok and most definitely not worth that price. This is my 1st and last visit with this place smh.
