Belcampo's supreme ethics around meat production really make eating here a meaningful dining experience. They say, "Belcampo was founded with a purpose: to create meat that’s good for people, planet and animals." It shows, and the burgers are absolutely flavorful and delicious. The beautiful outdoor patio at Jack London Square overlooks sailboats. This time, I tried their Satay Chicken Salad. I also got a side of hot french fries with house made ketchup which was delicious. I highly recommend their ordering cocktails from their full bar tended by experienced staff. Once you're finished, save some time to walk around the waterfront at Jack London Square- it's truly a hidden gem in Oakland.

"BEST BURGER I'VE HAD IN MY LIFE" (LAMB BURGER) So I've been traveling around and am no stranger to this foodie life style but I just have to say that this burger was amazing. The brioche buns was soft and perfectly toasted; the lamb patty which I ordered medium rare was fatty, tender, juicy, and seared to perfection; the patty also had a black garlic aioli sauce which I assume had a lot of the lamb fat but also had a slight acidity that balances all that fat to perfection; the onion sprouts added a pleasant freshness to the flavor. I left the restaurant with complete satisfaction! Aside from the food, The service was quick and eager to please. The vibe was very relaxing with the view of the ocean. The ordering process in regards with the pandemic was quick and easy. I can honestly say the overall experience was 5 over 5. Do yourself a favor and visit this place!

I feel lucky to have visited Belcampo in person on a Saturday in Oakland. I read about them in a magazine years ago! I was so excited to see their restaurant in Jack London Square. The host was very nice and directed us to our outdoor table and explained about ordering on the qr code app or we could come in and order at the counter as well. The outdoor seating was great! Awesome view and saw some sailboats head out to the bay. The service was so fast! Our beers were brought out a few minutes after I placed the order and then our burgers came out shortly after. They are quick to clear your plates as well. Really enjoyed our burgers-one note-I'd order medium well next time instead of medium as they were both a bit on the medium rare side-but all in all-everything was delicious! The small fries were more than enough for the 2 of us to share-I really like their house made ketchup. Can't wait to go back!

Burger Patty was excellent, brioche bun was on point. - 4 stars Price - $18 is too much for what this is. Doesn't even include much fries. - 2 stars for value. Location is very cool. Nice space inside. Jack London is fun to hang out. Service - 3-stars. Nothing to comment on. They didn't call my name for my to-do order. Food was cold, though they did offer a token apology.

Great burger joint right in the heart of JLS. The staff was very attentive. It can be expensive, but the burgers are totally worth it. On happy hour, select wines are $5 and all beer is $5. The Belcampo burger is half off ($9). We actually had 2 burgers and drinks for $30!! Highly recommend for their happy hour special.

Great new place for some quality meat. All our dishes were great and their meat is fresh and naturally aged. If you are a meat lover, Belcampo is probably the go to place. I got the lamb burger and it was filling and the fries were crispy and salty. Very good service and ambience indoors is great. Also they have outdoor seating with some great views.
