I have been to this restaurant a few times and each time we are very satisfied with our experience. The ambience and the vibe are always very nice and I love the fact that they have a DJ that keeps the music spinning. It definitely is busy in the evening so service may be a little slower than what is expected. I usually have catfish which is pretty good. I decided to try the mac and cheese annnnd let’s just say the presentation is the best thing. It was creamy and hot, temperature wise, but the seasoning was definitely not there. The only seasoning that you could taste was garlic so that definitely needs adjustment (unless they happen to have had a back up chef that night who may not be familiar with how to prepare this dish). The rooftop is also very nice and it’s definitely great that they have heaters because it definitely can be very cool later in the evening and at night. Either way, seating inside on the ground level or on the rooftop level is a win win because you definitely can still hear the music and enjoy the scenery. The prices are very reasonable but for those who are unaware, if you bring your own cake from outside they will charge you a $15 cake cutting fee. All in all, I would definitely recommend this restaurant because ambience is a key factor along with the food and service. There is plenty of street parking which is free of charge usually after 6 PM.

Had an AMAZING first time at Oeste! Sat upstairs on the patio and our server was pleasant and helpful. I didn't catch her name but she was of black decent with a strong accent. The fried red snapper was delicious and the Mac & Cheese was even better. The music was on point and the vibe was great.

Nice spot for a night out, after work drinks or dinner. The food & service was good (our server, I think her name was B from France was super nice). Definitely make reservations if you don't want to wait or they run out of space. If does get pretty full. They also have a rooftop but it does get pretty cold. Check it out

I was very pleased with the positive energy here. Young people and mature enjoying the day. The 1753 French Wine was perfect ✨

Edited: It’s possible that I didn’t hear her outside. Masks can make it hard to read facial expressions and hear well. I appreciate the response. Miscommunications happen. I will give this place another shot in the future. Was excited to have lunch with my friends there but was met with weird vibes. Not welcoming. I had checked in with the host..no smile or welcome..went back outside and perched at a table at their patio area waiting for my friends to arrive before getting seated. The woman wasn’t able to verbalize that basically she didn’t want me to sit anywhere. I quickly stood up so she could clean the table. She could have offered me another table or just wiped it and let me continue to sit for 10 min..just kind of awkward. Once my friend got there our other friends called and had accidentally gone to another restaurant called Mad Oak and they said it was friendly and welcoming there so we decided to leave and go there. Can’t speak to the food or drinks. The decor was nice enough. Just still confused as to why I got such cold energy from two different staff members. The patio was empty as you can see in the photo. The restaurant had three tables seated. Mad Oak however was amazing. Friendly service diverse crowd with a great beer selection.

Vibes and ambience was great for a Friday night! Service was amazing! (Shawnte, THANK YOU!) The esthetics of the place 👌🏼👌🏼 Food: limited selection. Check menu ahead of time. Drinks were poured right tho!!! 🙌🏼🎉🥂 Parking: available on the streets or nearby public lot. Tip: Make reservations! 😉

game with about on comfortable couches near fire pits or lamps. Big up to the bartender PABLO who took pride in his drink experimentation and my suggestions to how I like my drinks. Most bartenders get uptight about that. The horderves was okay. We started with shredded chicken tacos which was not memorable, specially with the bland sauce, but hey it killed hungry. A part of my group ordered artichoke dip and chips and a hummus dip plate that would be great for vegetarians. Myself I worked on the Poke and chips, which was great, the chicken flat bread and basil. This review is more for the atmosphere then the food and drink. Even though this place closes early due to being in a close proximity to apartments it's postion is tucked away from seeing any typical negativity that might happen on Broadway. That means alot if you want to have an actual conversation with somebody. Bring your LOCAL RESIDENT CARD and enjoy this place. First impressions 5

Super fresh food that hit the spot. The cheesy grits were how I make them at home, quality healthy ingredients. All the greenery was exactly what my body needed that particular brunch BUT don't be fooled or deterred by MY choice of avocado toast and vegetarian vibe! There were plenty of great brunch options veggie, meat and seafood options. Someone... please try the banana foster french toast for me and report back!!!! I would eat there again, definitely! Keep in mind places are recently re-opening and be patient and considerate of these incredible folks willing to provide wonderful meals. It's definitely worth the wait.
