Another great Outlet in the iconic chain this place has been here for over 20 years, and often you can see people mulling important decisions, meeting old friends, or bringing a pastry from the neighborhood and sitting at the outside tables as they have for years. For Peet's Coffee no, the coffee latte is the signature drink oh, and while it may not be absolutely perfect every time it is remarkably reliable in general, given the fact that there are so many young employees there, trying to make their way through a cruel world and they decide which path to take before becoming billionaires. Great staff!

This use to be my favorite peets. I’ve been coming here 5yrs and after the pandemic the service has me terrible. Even when you mobile order your over will still be 10-15 mins behind. The last couple times I’ve came here they never make my Iced Havana correct. My iced Havana is flat instead of creamy . It’s really sad that I won’t be coming here anymore after today .

This store has rats. I work early mornings and frequent this Peet’s often. This morning I went in and ordered my usual drip coffee, and while the barista turned to pour it, I saw not one, but two rats run from under the register area. I didn’t say anything as I didn’t want to alarm anyone. I did notice rat traps along the store; so it seems they are aware of the problem. I noticed droppings as well near one of the traps. I worry about the overall safety and cleanliness of this location, as much for the customers as the employees. Rats carry disease and are an obvious cause for concern in an establishment that serves food and drinks. I hope they can get this under control ASAP.
