Taco Bell

Went here tonight and ordered food for the family. I was highly disappointed when we got home and opened it up. 2 of our naked chicken chalupas had NO tomato or sour cream. Lots of lettuce and a little cheese. One also tasted very burnt. The toppings and meat on the rest of the food was very skim, with little meat. We tried to call but no one picked up. And when we ordered our food, there was only one person behind me, so they weren't that busy. We were very disappointed with how we got our food. The photos shows one of the chalupas with just lettuce and very little cheese(i put sauce on it).

Ordered 2 mexican pizza meals with large coke zero and large iced tea. We were told they are out of mexican pizza. And they only have 1 large cup. Got up to the window and asked for mild sauce....yep, you guess it, they were out and didn't expect to get a shipment for 2 weeks. The worker was really pleasant though.

Do NOT order power bowls. I spent 7 bucks on it and got a single vote of rice, beans, and lettuce even. It had like 6 tiny pieces of meat and per usual minimal sour cream and guac. It didn't get the avocado ranch that's supposed to come and they all together my container was like 1/5 full. Took me about 15 seconds to SLOWLY eat the whole thing. Thankfully my family didn't know I stopped for myself and brought me food. EXTREMELY disappointing. Like with most places go as soon as lunch starts and you get the good crew! Sour cream from end to end you can actually taste, see, feel the meat! I got a 5 layer a few days ago about an hour til close it had no meat at all and it was basically 95% beans on a dried out tortilla. Kind of sad, 2 years ago when I worked for this location our night shift was the shift. I don't ever do people like that. U drop almost 10 bucks on a bowl that doesn't even have a drink it was a FULL bowl. I'd honestly not eat here again if it wasn't one of only 2 options for me with my current location...

Literally the worst taco bell branch I have ever been to on a consistent basis. I will no longer eat there after multiple order mess ups. Last time we went we got a taco that they had forgotten to put meat into at all and tonight's food was ice cold, prepared with the wrong meat, and the other half the order just missing from the bag. Save your money or go someplace else!

The food was excellent but the girl working the drive thru window must have been new. She forgot to give us one flavor of taco sauce and I had to ask for a drink holder. She didn't put the lid on one of the cups all the way! My friend got Baja blast all over her and her side of the car. We also got 3 meals and the drinks were two different sizes. I had to ask for a bag for the food also.

Terrible Customer Service!!! We ordered for pick up through the mobile order, the restaurant said they were opened until 11:00 PM. The order was entered for pick up at 10:15 PM. I pulled into the parking lot at 10:07 PM, the diner was dark and there were lights on in the kitchen. I pulled up to the speaker, waited for about 5 minutes without an answer. I pulled up to the window, nobody would acknowledge me. I called several times without an answer. Other customers were complaining that they were not helped either. An older couple pulled up and asked if I was in line, I explained that I attempted to get service but they appeared to be closed. She said that they did the same thing yesterday. No signs stating they were closed, no answer, nothing. There are too many other business they actually want customer to deal with this!!
