July 6, 2022, and maybe the going is a rough here at McDonald's? First, drive up was slower than normal. A single car ahead of me. 2. No receipt was given or offered. 3. Got home, a 1/4 mile away and the food was luke warm. Coffee hot, but no 4 sugars I requested! Again, we all have have an "off day." Hopefully this was that day for this McDonald's location.

This is one of the McDonald's I'm grateful opened back up to 24 hrs. The one closer to my house in Midlothian is 24 hrs as well, but they are ALWAYS having some sort of issue. Not worth the hassle. The staff here have ALWAYS been courteous and swift. My drive-thru code from their app (download it... so many savings and points add up quickly) wasn't working, but they were able to process it manually. I also deliver door dash and I've never had an issue with this location.

I ordered the filet-o-fish meal. I bit into the sandwich and burned my tongue! When has anyone ever bitten into a McDonald's sandwich and burned their tongue? Like, Never! The food is luke warm, at best.
But this McDonald's actually serves hot 🔥 meals and I ain't complaining.
The freshness of the bun was excellent, like fresh out the oven. The cheese actually melted. The fries were hot down to the very last one. The soda, was what a soda should be. It was well worth going out of the way to eat here. Yes, even with the cost of gas. I recommend this location. 👌

Food was great but manager was extremely rude. Red hair and heavy set. Shows no care for some co workers and is rude to several customers on multiple occasions. Highly tempted to not return to this McDonalds unless she is removed or improves her attitude. Highly dissatisfied.

I alway come in the morning before my 7am shift. I can get in and out in less than 5 minutes. Which is great. Because I sometimes be pushing it on my way to work.

Went for a sausage egg and cheese biscuit and it was the best meal I have ever had, the cheese was perfect, and our server threw in a free orange juice. Oak forest McDonald’s, stay golden, we love you!

Good location to get to. The afternoon is not surprisingly busy (it's McDonalds, hello ppl), and I'm still usually able to order through the drive-thru and get my order within a reasonable amount of time.
