Baskin-robbins

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a large chocolate shake and three scoops of butter pecan ice cream. I got home and tried the ice cream and it was not butter pecan, it tasted like someone poured coffee in the ice cream. I tried calling the store, they never picked up the phone and the phone number is to a cellphone which the voicemail is not set up. I will never go to this baskin ribin again.

I've had several customer service issues with this location, in particular with the over night shift worker Pablo D. When I ask for management information or corporate contact to address the issue, the employees seem to become incompetent of customer service resolution procedures. This is a 24 hour location, but the food/product available and quality varies significantly depending on what time you visit and who's working. Me and my family has been loyal customers to this company for years and it's sad to see lack of great customer service which will lead to lost of business.
