Weekly Customer for too many years Orders lately have been late The food is good but Once ordered they say 30 -45 mins My Last order and I mean My Last Order For A while was 1:15 wait I called an hour into my order Was told it's been gone for awhile should have it I hope soon I asked if it will still be hot she says I hope so Well french fries 🍟 we're cold the cheese was solid in the cup Cheese steak warm in the middle Being that I'm a long longtime customer and not the first time delivery was late and cold You would think 1 get the food to the customer in a timely manor 2 make sure the food is presentable and correct And 3rd make sure it will be hot when the customer gets it I understand delivery is not hot like in the seating area But should be at least a pleasing warmth to it I give up I swear there is no management or ownership that really cares how the food is. And if it's getting to the customer It's like no supervision just make it and that's it I pay with card so you have my money I tip very well And order at the least twice a week I would no longer recommend this restaurant any longer
