Capone's

A very good local restaurant / bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place to grab a drink with friends at the bar. Even better grab a bite to eat. The food is very good. Nice selection to please all. From sandwiches to dinners. The on tap beer selection is great. You will find a beer that meets your taste. On a Saturday reserve a table.

We were a group of six for lunch following my mother's funeral today. We were all impressed with the food and service. I had a Old Fashioned at the bar before lunch that was exceptional. I wish I'd gotten the bartender's name. I think they should rename that drink the Don Draper! I was still feeling it hours later. Marcia was exceptional in everyway and left us wanting for nothing. She truly represented Capone's in the best possible light. Everyone was very happy with the food and enjoyed every bite. The whole staff did a excellent job and we really appreciated it on a difficult day. Capone's is now tops on our list of go to Taverns when we're in the area. Thank You Capone's!

Dinner was amazing. The Capone's Chicken Sandwich was phenomenal, and the Chicken Parmigiana was as well. You can tell they take pride in making things in house, and they should because the quality is great. Everyone who works there was pleasant and made us feel very welcome. I can't wait to go back!

After 1 hour and 45 minutes we had received 2 of 3 appetizers we ordered. Upon stopping a different waitress asking about our meals, she tore a tiny section off one of our placements to write down our orders. Then 2 out of 4 meals came (still no wings) and they were cold. We requested our check. We were told that our food would be right out and there would be no charge. We did not want cold food. We then were presented with a bill for our drinks and 2 appetizers. No offer to reduce bill or comp the bill. Finally to top off the night, the waitress asked why we were being rude and it was the kitchens fault. A couple had sat at the bar after we were seated- ate and left within an hour. The table behind us was also seated after us. The chef has stopped at their table twice— they were finished with their appetizers and almost finished their meals when we left. One of the worst treatments ever at a restaurant.

This is a tavern/restaurant, and we had a booth by a window in the bar area. There are several smaller dining rooms apart from the bar. Those rooms were a little dark, but it is a tavern. We three enjoyed our sandwiches very much...exceeding our expectations. The server was efficient, professional and fun to talk to.
