They think this is an acceptable iced coffee to hand out the drive thru. Couldn’t even be bothered to mix it in. Not to mention staff always extremely rude and won’t even speak to you when coming through the drive thru.

I went thru Tim Hortons drive thru on 1/21/22 and the lady made me feel rushed and was rude. Got a coffee and a bagel with butter and cream cheese. There was no butter,bairly any cream cheese and it wasn't toasted.

Unorganized location. Broken machines. I dont remember what machine but a few people ahead of me couldnt order due to it. My order was completely wrong. Wrong size order of timbits and the ice cap tasted spoiled. Had to toss ice cap. Guess its the risk you take going anywhere in the falls.

Wait times are unreasonable at this location. Inside and out are always full and staff doesn't seem to care how long it takes

From PA and had never tried food from a Tim Hortons. Stopped here on our way to Niagara Falls. The location had a relatively new appearance. We placed 5 orders for lunch with soup and sandwhich combinations. The employees seemed overwhelmed by the orders even though they weren't that busy. We waited at least 15 to 20 minutes for the first order to be made. The food wasn't very good and some of the paninis were so burnt the bread was black. Also, I watched the manager of this location "clean" a table by wiping the debris to the floor with a paper napkin. Looking around, most of the locals were ordering coffees and pastries no lunch items. I would not recommend this place for sandwiches.

Always a fan of coffee but they keep raising the price of a cup of coffee. Not a fan of that. Starting to become more of a treat than a daily routine

Worst cup ive ever got from there! My coffee was all cream and water.. I could see if people came there for anything else... But I came for coffee... Disgusting... I think the employees at alot of these places... Should let someone work there who actually can or wants too!!! Considering what I spend at Tim Hortons weekly... You've done me a favor.. keep service and serving like that.. good luck staying open.. went back mistake same.. you can go to any other time Hortons and never get bad coffee like you get from this place, basically had to dump it out!! Ugh someone train these people how to make coffee!
