Potato Heads

This poutine is by far the best one i have tried here in Niagara Falls! The fries are crunchy on outside and soft on the inside! The gravy is flavorful and the cheese curds compliments well with the gravy! Overall it is sooo damn good! I should have ordered the large one! Id definitely buy again. 🤘🏻🥰 And the guy who served me was nice too! I think he’s the owner.

Their poutine is actually really good. The gravy is flavourful, poutine is well seasoned and the fries are crispy on outside and soft in the middle. My only issue was theres so many small unevenly cut bits (excess bits from slicing potatoes) with skin still on them, that kind of overwhelms the batch of fries. They get pretty soggy with a lot of skin and not a lot of potato and it isn't very good (Im sure some people like those bits) Overall the poutine was good except for what I mentioned. The only reason I didn't give this 4 stars is customer service. Ive seen other people comment the same thing but the lady at the place clearly had a bad attitude. Just pretty unpleasant and makes you feel like youre bothering them just by showing up and ordering. I know everyone has bad days but I think a good attitude towards your customers thats kind instead of miserable goes a long way. Nikos place and Michelles are still my favorite, for the simple reason of they go above and beyond to make people smile and be friendly and I didnt get any of that here.

Great Poutine! But every time I go here the employees are rude and disrespectful for no reason , the fact they also don’t have contactless payment in the world’s current situation is extremely odd . The first time I came here I asked to pay with debit and the lady basically laughed at me saying we only take cash . Just disappointing since their food is good and their pricing is reasonable. If you only have contactless payment and want a good poutine in close proximity to this location go to Michelle’s in the LA Fitness plaza staff at that location treats you well and even asks about your day.
