Locals know the Best Frozen Bananas on Balboa Island. Better than Dads or Sugar and spice. Sorry - No old school nostalgia but definitely best Bananas and Fro Yo. We’ve tried them all for years. Tutti Frutti actually waits for their Bananas to ripen before freezing. So they are sweet. No tart frozen green bananas here. Heath bar topping is our favorite topping.
