We’re so happy we came here! The food and atmosphere were both great and the staff was very friendly. They have a great drink menu with all types of special coffees and teas. I highly recommend the delicious Chocolate and Banana Waffles!

I love this place. There is often a wait, but IMO it’s worth it. Food is fresh, creative, and delicious. Service is great. Highly recommend.

So I’ve been wanting to try something new for breakfast and decided to try Balboa Lily’s. Ordered the meatless breakfast sandwich and a side of bacon to go, so I can eat it across at balboa island on a public dock, absolutely made my morning!

Fabulous breakfast. Lattes were so delicious. At waitresses rec had the loaded breakfast fries with potatoes instead of fries, amazing!!! Noticed that all staff were working hard and doing whatever needed to be done during a very busy morning. Well done!

This place is amazing. Great food great atmosphere and of course great service.. This place offers some amazing espresso drinks that is so delicious and wonderfully made. I was visiting LA my family, a party of 9 and, they were able to quickly accommodate us. I had the build your own omelet with that amazing Crispy Broccoli on the side. Violet is so sweet and so amazing that we came back a couple days later just to experience the wonderful service that she delivers. Whenever I return, I do plan to always make my way back to Newport Beach. Just so experience this place again. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Super solid breakfast/brunch place! I came with my partner and we got seated in 10 min on a busy Sunday morning. Good: - The food here is SO tasty! I loved my meatless breakfast sandwich as well as the breakfast burrito. - Chai latte here was stellar - super sweet too. - I liked that the entrees came with fruit too! Bad: - More casual diner area, slower service and less attentive staff Overall this place is so close to the beach and super tasty food so I would come again.

Everything was super delicious. As for their turkey burger, not so much. I think it's best they just take the burgers out of their menu if they're going to be serving patties that were frozen. Maybe prepping their own patties would help them from losing a star. The whole menu was everything a woman can ask for. You guys have the best lattes. Their waitress was nice and the restaurant was pleasant. Will be back:)

Every time I try local family owned restaurant it makes me so much appreciate their hard work and all the love and effort they put in quality and customer services , this place is such an amazing place for breakfast and lunch with verity of different kind of specialty coffee drinks

Such a cute breakfast/ lunch spot. Stumbled upon this place on a walk and was not disappointed. Food was very fresh. Service was quick and friendly. Delicious coffee and cool flavors. Prices were very reasonable as well. Definitely recommend. We got the build your own omelet and the breakfast burrito.

Excellent food and the coffee🤤🙌Amazing atmosphere and excellent customer service!! The patio was great!! You can eat, chat and people watch in the fresh air of Newport! Our waitress, her name escapes me, was super sweet and had the coolest green hair!!! Try the spicy mocha! YUM!
