Honestly? It’s not as good as the newer location on Copper Hill in Valencia. The chicken just doesn’t taste as fresh at this location. However, the service is decent and fast. Another con is that they don’t have a drive through and so you have to park in one of the few dedicated spots this location has and walk into the store to get your food.

Finally got myself one of those spicy chicken sandwiches everybody had been talking about for the last 5 years or whatnot. It didn't disappoint, it was very well seasoned, crunchy, the breading was exceptional, the mashed potatoes were as good as I'd always remembered and overall I found nothing to complain about with the food. It was very tasty. The staff was friendly and funny and welcoming and everyone seemed to be in a good mood which is something special these days. Highly recommend this location, in and out in 5 minutes. Food fresh and hot, nothing stale, overcooked, or cold.

I am overjoyed to submit a “5- STAR ⭐️ Review” for “Sonia” the Restaurant Manager of Popeyes Chicken in Newhall, CA. Sonia delivered an “EXCEPTIONAL Customer Experience that left me “THRILLED" to be a loyal customer. Sonia understands what Tailor-Made service is all about and it shows in her Leadership to her Team. She is definitely an asset to the Popeyes Chicken company. I specifically visited the restaurant because I wanted the Chicken Nugget Meal. “Melissa” greeted me at the counter with a smile and a pleasant welcome. I asked her if they would cook my nuggets fresh and without hesitation she said, “no problem.” Melissa spoke with Sonia and they partnered together to happily place my order fresh. Sonia, was in the back kitchen but was aware of what was happening on the front line and paid attention with a kind friendly acknowledgment and greeting to all the customers that walked in the restaurant for service. The whole staff was full of positive vibes, very efficient, helpful, friendly and thorough. Words cannot express my appreciation for Sonia’s professionalism, leadership and courteous service. Thank You Sonia and Melissa for making me feel Welcomed, Valued, Important, Special and Appreciated. I will continue to recommend your Newhall, CA.
