It was my son’s birthday, and he wanted NR’s salmon. I was nervous because it was a Friday night, but we got in with a minimal wait. We were a party of 6, so we basically got a whole room to ourselves. Our server was amazing, the food was off the charts, and they even gave us a special dessert for my son! We all walked out with leftovers and a food hangover.
This is one of my absolute favorite spots to eat! The menu is dynamic and full of delicious surprises. These guys are doing it right. Super high quality ingredients and thoughtful dishes. The 'craft burger' is the BEST burger around! Hands down. I have many other favorites on the menu. Their staff is knowledgeable and warm, very personable really make you feel at home. The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. I'm never disappointed eating here!
Had a craft burger ($18) and a coke ($3). Burger was good. Extremely tender and juicy. The meat fell apart just a bit. Medium rare was closer to rare, but wasn't raw. Fries were ok.
I sat at the bar. Didn't order any drinks, but Tyler looked to be making them really well.
They should add freshly made onion rings to the menu in a place that serves burgers and beer.
My husband and I were passing through Santa Clarita and we were looking for a spot to grab some lunch. We decided to stop here... So glad we did!! Everything from the customer service to the ambience of the restaurant was excellent. The Cucumber Jalapeño and Cilantro margaritas were delicious and made perfectly. My husband had the fish tacos, which were delicious, and I had the Smash Burger (first time trying a smash burger lol) and I was very pleased. Btw, they serve homemade ketchup with their fries 🤗. We will definitely be returning.
This is the best restaurant in SCV. I swear…every time I come, the food is better. And I have never had anything less than great service. The Kampachi ceviche and roasted beets are my FAVORITE. and the beer selection is the best in town, quality and variety wise. That wasn’t always the case here (I think there are new owners). Eat here.
We were seated immediately ordered drinks and the cheese board as an appetizer. We were informed of the nights special which was a Tomahawk steak with potatoes and brussel sprouts. I asked to switch the sprouts out for carrots. The meal was absolute perfection. The steak was perfectly medium rare, absoly flavorful. Potatoes were crispy and carrots were delicious. Served with a demi glaze.
This is my first here at Newhall Refinery and already Love it !!! Really awesome craft beer selections!!! An amazing cocktail !!! An amazing Delicious food menu and awesome atmosphere , also, they got wonderful Staff !!! Jeremy , April and Leslie are the best !!! Definitely, we will be back again !!!
We had a good time with friends. The fish and chips were great, the roasted chicken was tough had ask for steak knife to cut it. The smashburger was great. The place has a good atmosphere. We will go again.

Food here was pretty good. We got the bone marrow elote style, the scallops with risotto and the spicy chicken sandwich with fries. The scallops and risotto were amazing and the spicy chicken sandwich was very flavorful and spicy. The bone marrow was ok but I felt it needed a bit more seasoning. The staff was very friendly and polite.
