Outback Steakhouse

Our Waitress was really busy had somebody else help out. Service really wasn't a problem. Food was pretty good. Salads seem a lot smaller than they used to be a couple years ago. My steak, the fillet was really good tender. I keep forgetting to ask for extra spice on it because they've cut down on the spice they put on the steaks. My daughter had the same steak it was a little bit fatty and add stuff in it that was hard to chew. This would not have happened a few years ago. I think they've compromised a little bit on their steak quality.

Enjoyed a lovely meal this evening! Logan was our server and was very sweet. We both had steak dinners and I enjoyed French onion soup prior the entree. Was very good as I always worry it might be too salty, which it wasn't and will order again. Every meal at this location has been wonderful and why we keep going back!

The waitress was great but everything about the food was off from how it was on a usual visit. We decided not to mention our problems because even though it wasn't ideal it was still worth the money and edible. All of the fountain drinks at our table were syrupy. My salad had a very small amount of dressing. Our blooming onion was extremely well done. My wife's Alice springs chicken lacked the bacon, cheese and mushrooms, therefore all that was received was grilled chicken. My medium rare ribeye, lacked any kind of sear and was ultimately a cold, seasoned slab of meat that I highly doubt ever made it to proper internal temp. Rant over.

They used to do good steaks and combos but last few times was kinda disappointing. Steak was bland and the shrimp I got with it was so dry and hard. You can never go wrong with their appetizers though, they are consistent with that. It used to be a restaurant where I never give a feedback " NOTHING MEDIUM ABOUT THIS STEAK"....but lately it isn't so...Friendly staff though, that they score 5 stars on me.

Our 12 member team Dragonboat descended on Outback to grab bubbly water and beers after our practice today. I just wanted to say what a great experience we had at the bar with Alexis. She warmly welcomed us and made our brief visit memorable. She is a gem!! We will be returning for dinner next time! Thanks Alexis - Barb B

Service has been hit and miss for some time. Last time we went we waited over 10 minutes for drinks, but the food came out timely. The waiter was very polite and professional though. Waiter said he was waiting on the bar tender. Love the place though. Ahi appetizer is our favorite with wasabi, yum.
