Just visited New York at Christmas. Went in every day for soup before getting the subway downtown. The sandwiches and hot meals are amazing. I read the negative reviews before trying this out, and I don't honestly know what they're talking about. There was a great selection of lunch food for us and our teenagers. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff was assertive but not at all rude, and it helped them move quickly through the lunch rush - I'd rather that than wait for 30 minutes for food.
