Great soups and selection, however, customer service could be less rude. Saying next please, instead of screaming "HELLO" would be greatly appreciated. Went back the next day, and the staff were a lot kinder. I'll continue to go back, as I've said, they've got great soups and salads, and their prices are reasonable for the quality you get. The crab chowder has real crab, not the man made kind!

Service is fast and soup is very good for the price. I order the chicken noodle soup each time, and it tastes very light so often I would have to add salt. It's a place for a quick and inexpensive lunch.

This is my favorite Hale & Hearty. Nice staff, spacious environs and nice outdoor section to sit in and people watch. Prices for the product are high, but the quality is pretty good. When the staff is nice personable it's makes the hit on the wallet a little easier.

I had a very pleasant experience speaking with the managers concerning a lost receipt. They were very helpful and genuinely kind, something that's hard to come by when involved in customer service. Thank you again, Steve and Lev!

Very friendly staff, very attentive, I think it’s pretty awesome that they give samples of everything. I wanted the Lobster Bisque Soup but after I tired it, it just wasn’t enough lobster taste for me. I ended up getting the Shepherds Pie. Ground Beef some onions, garlic, carrots, corn and celery. It’s very flavorful and the mash potatoes were creamy and buttery. If you’re looking for something quick I’d come here. Pretty pricey tho but natural ingredients will do that to you.

One of the better Hale and Hearties as the lunch crowds around here can drive a small country's economy and so the soups here don't sit. Or they trained the staff well.
