I ordered an eggs benedict with crab cakes and instead of poached eggs, I received fully cooked eggs. And on top of that my crab cakes were BURNT. I would NOT recommend this place.
Edit: Changing my review from 2 to 4 stars. I spoke to the waiter and showed her my yolk and she took it off our tab. Great customer service!

This place was an unexpected find. As we were heading back to our hotel my daughter happen to look over and we decided to eat here.
It wasn’t crowded even though it was past 6p! No biggie, that means faster service which was the case!
Extremely clean! I said it before in past reviews COVID was a necessary evil.
Our waitress was friendly and efficient. We placed our order and got our food within 10 minutes.
And food was delicious!
Overall 10/10!

Went in the afternoon, not many people there. The prices are good, I had a burger which was very fresh and delicious. Also got a cocktail, which was good as well. The server was wonderful. Great place for a quick bite or sit down. They have indoor and outdoor dining.

Food was delicious! Perfect play to grab a bite for lunch when walking around the city. Drinks are okay, I would avoid the Moscow mule. Service was a little slow but the server was nice.

We came here after a day spent in Central Park. Glad we stopped here. Food was great. Prices weren’t so bad and waiter Javier was very nice an attentive.

This is my first time at 9Ten and it won’t be the last time. I ordered the Mediterranean omelette and it was amazing — fluffy and flavorful and not dry. Saltiness of the feta yum yum. Decaff was good to the last drop. I’ve been to a few other diners in midtown and 9Ten has quickly become my favorite for affordable good American diner style breakfast.
I took a small bite of the omelette before taking the photo — sorry! That’s the little indent you see on the side closest to me.

So, I have to agree with many of the other reviews:. Food is good, but the price is great. We stopped on on a Saturday night after the ball game. With my wife's GF diet, it is hard to find places that can accommodate both of us. Adding steak to the apple salad was awesome. I got a NYC staple, pastrami sandwich, which I chose to do as a Rubin. A safety meal in NYC, but great. Did do a side of mixed veggies, not so good: frozen peas, corn and carrots mixed with green beans (possible fresh, as they were crisp) but a good save by tossing them in a pan with roasted garlic!
