The low quality of Wendy's in this city has long been disappointing to me and other fans of square burgers. The one on Claiborne, for example, is the only place I've ever recieved a fast food burger with a bite already taken out of it.
But today, the Wendy's at 3601 de Gaulle broke that trend. Hot fries, properly salted, a couple of tasty baconators, and the entire order correct, down to the sauces. Nice job today, everyone.

Went to the Wendy's on Terryparkway and they were out of everything I wanted so I came to this location instead and the wait was long, but everything was perfect once I paid and got out of there. No complaints!

They run the lunch line without being rude. Making all effort to get your order taken and out to you quickly and correct while keeping it friendly. Side note the managers run the cleanest shop around

You could tell it was a somewhat new staff as they took awhile with each order. They were pleasant and friendly. I ordered a salad, nuggets and a frosty. No complaints with the accuracy of the order, and the nuggets were nice, hot and crispy. The salad and frosty were both good as expected. Ordered with the online app and it was a great experience. Would be 5 stars if the line moved quicker.

I worked for Wendy's a long time ago and I'm glad to see that they still have the same standards, with great fast service, fresh and never frozen beef, the freshest produce, and a system that really works so that everything comes out quickly, hot and accurate. The store is always clean and the atmosphere let's you know just how awesome Wendy's is before you even order. I wish other establishments ran their restaurants like Wendy's because it's fast service and awesome fresh food at a great price. Never even had a problem using the wifi! You guys work your tails off over there and it is very much appreciated and I hope you all keep it up!
