This was our first meal in New Orleans and it has definitely set the stage. Food was fresh and tasty, service was polite and helpful and location was perfect for us as it was a short walk to the zoo. People kept coming in to pick up king cakes so we decided to see what the fuss was about... one bite and we understood. Sugary ooey gooey goodness! Yum!

Everything we ordered was delicious. Veggie quiche, stuffed baguette, market salad even the kids pb and j and the side bean salads were all incredible. Highly recommend.

This place is the best at what they do. I love everything I have ever gotten here but here’s today’s choices. Baked eggs in brioche and the daily meat quiche. Didn’t take a photo of the soup but you can literally never go wrong with any of their soups. I’m a soup queen. This is the best soup in the city.

Small and locally owned place! We came here thinking it was affiliated with the world famous Tartine in SFCA. Still a very good place. Small simple menu ft locally loved bites. My breakfast sandwich was delicious and huge. It was still good several hours later when I got hungry again. Not my favorite cafe au lait, but I personally am picky. Lovely ar close to a park!!

Wow! Truly the best quiche I have ever had in my life. The filling was light and fluffy and the crust was crispy and savory. Also, some of the best drip coffee I’ve had in New Orleans. I also spilt a ham and Brie tartine with my dad and it seemed simple but was so tasty and fresh. You can tell they’re using top notch ingredients. Love this place!

Tuna salad was tasty and filling. The dressing is on the sweet side and goes well with the potatoes and tuna. Egg salad Tartine was also really light and refreshing.

I love this place! The food is delicious, and the atmosphere is ideal for a lunch meeting, dating, or simply sitting alone and relaxing. The staff is very pleasant and efficient. My only recommendation is that they include a turkey bacon substitute in those dishes that include bacon. There are various dishes that call for pork that I wish I could substitute with another meat. My favorite dish is the House Smoked Turkey sandwich, hot!

Quaint, no-frills, neighborhood staple for light lunch/brunch in a converted house. Dishes are well done and good bake on the breads. Coffee selections are the weakest part of this establishment. Don't go here for fancy or ambiance. Price point is very fair and portions are hearty. "Charlotte approved!" 👍 Took one star off because the lunch rush was understaffed and things backed up.

Cute little lunch spot hidden away at the St Charles street car terminus in Carrollton. We shared a smoked turkey, lettuce. avacado and Gruyère sandwich served with a mixed bean avocado vinaigrette salad which was delicious.
