I come to McDonald’s pretty frequently for breakfast and at this point I’m tired of ordering oatmeal with fruits and berries, to only find that either my oatmeal isn’t cooked or I don’t have my fruits and berries! Then I call to speak to a manager regarding my experience and the phone lines are disconnected! So frustrating!

AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! I have had two experiences with this location. Each time, I was charged for food they didn't have, and was refused a refund. The first one happened in November! SIX MONTHS AGO! The second one happened last month. Each time the employees told me: "Well, you shouldn't have ordered that." How am I to know what they have or don't have unless I'm told?!? My only option is to call corporate, and they pass the message along to the owners, whom I guess are so busy they haven't been able to respond to my request for half a year. I call corporate weekly and each week they tell me to call back the next week, maybe the "owners will get annoyed enough to call you." I hope so, but I doubt it. If this is any indication, this location cares more about money than its customers. I'd strongly encourage you to visit ANY other location and give them your money. Avoid this one.

I placed an order via the McDonalds mobile app, I waited over an 1 hour for food to be brought to my vehicle curbside. Spoiler I never received my order because the staff refused to acknowledge me parked in the designated curbside zone. Historically this restaurant is very disappointing. The staff lacks customers service. I submitted a complaint via the app & corporate website but I doubt the owners of the establishment care about this issue. My advice to the public do not order from this location.

Service at this McDonald's was terrible. The restaurant was empty, one lady had already ordered when I walked in and was waiting for her food. I ordered a frappe and an order of fries, and I was in there about 20 minutes. There was not a single other person in the restaurant except two children who were already eating. I got out of the drive-thru line because it was so slow thinking that I would do better going inside. Neither of those helped, as it still took me 20 minutes or more to get the two items that I ordered. And the lady who was in there when I got there still didn't have her food when I left.

Slow service, cashier was on the phone, couldn't remember our orders, person that handed our food had an attitude for no reason, just threw our food in the bag. Maybe I just don't understand the rocket science of fast food but the whole entire staff was running around like chickens missing there heads just for two basic food orders.

They are always short on staff which means there is almost always a line wrapping around the building. The food is never warm let alone hot. The staff is usually always rude because they are trying to do a hundred things at one time and the customer always gets their anger taken out on them. The orders are almost never right because like I said they're always short staff and don't know what's going on. This place is terrible service. There's no way the owner of this establishment knows what's going on because if they did they would fire everyone and hire people who actually care and want to work.
