My kiddos have been begging to eat at BWW. I’ll admit I was reluctant to go with the negative reviews I’ve read. Happy to report that our experience was excellent. Our server, Uriel, was phenomenal. He was attentive and on top of making sure we had everything we needed at our table. Had refills before we even knew we needed them and Extra napkins without asking. Well spoken and made eye contact! Even hostess staff was pleasant and personable. Seriously stellar service and the food was just as good. Could tell it was all freshly prepared. Throughly impressed with our dining out experience from beginning to end!

I had some time to kill while waiting on my music gig, so I decided to go get an early dinner.
Stopped off at the Buffalo Wild Wings on the West Bank in New Orleans.
My bartender greeted me very quickly and I was ordering before no time.
Decided to get:

Black Cherry limeade
Heineken Alcohol-free beer
Water(Good for the body)
As my appetizer:
Fried pickles
As my entree:
5 piece breaded tenders with wedges with desert heat and for my sauces
Carolina reaper and mango habanero
My fried pickles appetizers came out extremely fast and super hot and fresh. It came with southwestern ranch.
My entree came extremely fast and super hot and fresh.
My server brought me a lot of napkins and some silverware to help me eat my meal.

4 stars for the cashier! Although I specifically ordered, requested and paid for all flats which didn’t happen. That wasn’t her fault!! The chicken tastes over cooked; tough and dry! Bathroom was clean, which is a plus. Very empty Bdubbs if I’ve ever seen one… anywho..probably my last time visiting this location but as I stated the young African American lady at the front was extremely friendly and professional!!
