If this is the Wendy's on Carrolton it's killer dude! The other ones in town especially my last visit to the one just of belle chasse highway near Terry Pkwy in Gretna was disgustingly dirty and stinky....

My sister told me about the breakfast biscuit that consist of chicken & bacon on a croissant with honey. I tried it & I really enjoyed it & recommend it. I will be going back to purchase one. It's priced at $3.99 each or you can get it in a combo.

The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious, the sauce on it just added to the flavor. Very impressed with the price, and portions. Will definitely eat here again when traveling through Carrollton, Ohio 👍👍

Wendy's on Carrollton Avenue and Earhart is where I stopped to get breakfast. I had sausage egg and biscuit, two for $4. Everything went smoothly through the drive-thru and my breakfast was delicious. The biscuits were hot and the coffee was hot. Good deal 4 $4.

I had not been to this location in over a year and did not know what to expect in regards to service. The line in the drive thru was short and seemed to move quickly. When we reached the speaker to place our order we were greeted by a wonderful spirited person, Anissa, was her name.
We were wonderfully surprised because many times you do not receive a warm greeting. Once we reached the window she was there and shared an uplifting and funny comment that brought smiles to our faces.
She is an example of how customer service is to be done! I applaud her and hope that she is put into a position to train others in customer service.

EDIT: New staff they hired over Thanksgiving is polite and quick.
Original: Every time I come here the food is hot and fresh. However, the staff are always rude. Tonight they gave me half spicy chicken nuggets and half regular in the same cup when I ordered regular.
