Through drive-through food was good hot served quickly

There's a manager at the General DeGaulle location who is absolutely fantastic. I believe her name is Ms. Constance. She is running front counter and drive-thru today (8/25/23) with only two food line workers during lunch rush. Employees have been calling off and she kept the lobby open! She has been gentle and kind to her customers. Not one complaint from her was heard. With eight customers in the lobby and six cars in the drive-thru, Ms. Constance deserves a medal, a vacation, and a raise.
Thank you Ms. Constance for reinstating my faith in valuable customer service. Each time I walk into this Burger King location and you are working, I know everything will go well!

This was my first time eating lunch at Burger King in a very long time and it didn't disappoint. I don't know if it's because Chick fil a is next door but the sandwich was good and the fries were hot. I'm definitely going back. Hopefully they don't disappoint me.

This is the best Burger King I've been to in years I'm working on the westbank and been having my lunch here everyday for the past week great price great food and the service is exceptional it's not often you go to a fast food place these days and get greeted with a smile and friendly service but you get that service at this Burger King give these ladies a raise!!!

This Burger King is the only one in a long time that I have visited that the food is passable. All the others are horrible. Burger King needs to train their young employees more thoroughly and watch how they prepare the food.

This five star review is for LaKeeta! After another young lady told me it would be eight minutes before my order was ready, I paid my money and pulled around front to wait. After 33 minutes- still no food. Once I went inside the restaurant, there was discussion about what happened to my order. Apparently, the young lady on the drive thru gave it to someone else. They then tried to give me another customer's order. I just asked for my money back. Lakeeta was apologetic, and in addition to refunding my money, she still gave me my food order. I was super appreciative. She was apologetic, responsive and gracious. What more can we ask for in customer service? Burger King has a star on their team with LaKeeta!

Always clean! The staff is wonderful & friendly. Seem the staff work well together. BELLA was absolutely on point & happy with the position of window & counter server. The staff in the food prep area were working together so efficiently. This BK is all about THE KINGDOM!

Service, food, staff excellent. The manager even paid out of her pocket a meal for homeless person. Now that when you care about your community. Great person. I think her name was Ms. Betty but I am not sure.
