Mcdonald's

Sometimes they are fast and polite, and they don't pretend to be unable to make food like the one on Canal. It's McDonald's, you should know what you're getting into. If you're looking for the best one in the city, it's the one on Carrollton, in my experience. Also, stop reading McDonald's reviews. I'm only writing this because I'm trapped in a line for the restroom and Google prompted me to review.

Recently remodeled. It is clean and the service is on par with what i have come to expect from fast food in new orleans. What does that mean? The food is great if you ask for it to be made fresh, the wait time is crazy long so i would use the McApp if i were you. Because i value my time I try to avoid the after school rush that happens everyday at 3pm. That said, it is McDonald's. And not a bad one at that.

As usual McDonald's was good it's always the same no matter where you go although I use the app so I can go to curbside and pick up at this particular McDonald's I wasn't giving that choice I was made to go through the drive-thru to pick up my order which was counterproductive to The reason I use the app is so I don't have to be in that long line on my lunch break McDonald's gets it right almost all of the time but when they get it wrong they get it wrong all the way

I want to recognize Bianca as an outstanding employee! I did a mobile order and ordered strawberry pies. They didn't have enough prepared so I said I would wait as they are great fresh! I pulled around and waited about 10 minutes or so when Bianca came outside with the rest of my order and to let me know the pies were almost ready. The fries were really hot as I ate some then of course, and my pies were out shortly after. She was very friendly and I felt she went above and beyond to make sure I didn't feel forgotten about while I was waiting.

One of the tidiest locations I have ever eaten at. The staff and manager worked great together and provided rapid service. The coloring of the lobby is very strange and outdated, but I’ll pick clean of contemporary decor any day. My only issue is with the ice machine, the plastic covering via the dispenser is pretty gross. I would return again.
