Everything about this place was Excellent.. I love how Chef West comes out and talk to the people., Our waiter was excellent.. The food was absolutely Delicious.. I'll definitely be back real soon
Wait staff is great and food is quite tasty. It is a unique location to have breakfast and lunch. You can see planes landing and taking off while you eat. You can charter a plane fly around and come back and have an omelette or a juicy burger.
Love visiting this beautiful art deco terminal, make sure you spend some time looking around.
The Runway cafe is fantastic, great views of all the planes, so much natural light and great service.
Food was great, I really enjoyed the fried shrimp ceaser salad.
So we stopped in before our helicopter tour for lunch and bottomless mimosas and definitely got our money's worth 😊 I had a grilled chicken sandwich, which was delicious, and the gf had some seafood soup and salad. The service was very good and the place was nice and clean. Prices were also very fair. This was a great stop before a fun tour. I highly suggest both. Also, I like the way they cut their fries, lol
Juju was an amazing server. The Chef was out of this world. You will not be disappointed.
Talk about hidden away. It was not far from the marina we were staying at but it seems fairly unknown. What a great place to go. It is in a 1933 renovated classic airport building that is gorgeous. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is just fantastic. I have had eggs Benedict at many other restaurants, but these were the best. Eggs poached to perfection, hollandaise buttery, rich and creamy. The grits with the smoked cheese, the omelets were wonderful. Can't wait to go again. My compliments to the chef and full staff.
I had a wonderful experience, it was my first time dining here. My family surprised me for my birthday. The staff was so nice and friendly. They were very attentive to our needs. The food was sooooo delicious, I had the catfish and grits the best I ever had. Wow! I was spoiled and they made me feel real special. The scenery was nice. I just loved to see the planes land and take off. Bertney was the chef that prepared our food. He did an excellent job. Hats off to the chef!
Food was pretty darn good. Onion rings are to die for! Service was just ok as we had to wait a little too long to give our order, and to get our check. The manager did check on us regularly though. The building is the big selling point. The Art Deco design is phenomenal. Beautifully renovated. Definitely worth checking out.
This place has the best breakfast ever. I love it and everyone was so awesome. The chef came out and I thanked him for making great food. Our waiter was so kind , he made the experience awesome. I was visiting from Houston on 11/04/2023.
This is a cute little restaurant tucked into an airport. The building is old and has history all the way back to the prohibition Era. Complete with bullet holes in the walls in the main foyer. You can sit and enjoy bottomless mimosas while watching planes come in and take off. Overall a neat experience
Lunch was EXCELLENT!! Best Fried Green Tomato BLT and Lump Crabmeat Cakes!! YUMM! The building is an amazing Art Deco masterpiece!! Watching the planes come & gi is wonderful. Staff was very professional & friendly. Can't wait to go back.
I was so excited by this place. The retro decor was amazing and so was the food. Well worth the trip. Watched the planes out the window while I ate. Great museum upstairs as well.
