Zea Rotisserie & Bar

Thank you restaurant week for introducing us to another wonderful spot! Zea had an amazing restaurant week deal, so we swung by, never having realized that the building was a restaurant! We’re so happy we did, it was far and away the best meal we had during restaurant week! Like all the other reviewers, the duck empanadas were the highlight of the experience, and absolutely mind blowing. The zydeco sauce was amazing. Our food was great, and we ended up getting desert which was also fantastic (how we finished, we’ll never know). The service was also phenomenal- Ms. Kat was so kind and helpful, and even if the food hadn’t been phenomenal (don’t worry, it was!) we would have had a great time just because of her service.

First time trying this place out. Let me tell you about there duck empanadas! Mmmmmm… soooooo good!!!! 😋 must try! Crispy, flaky crust with flavorful stuffing! It was so good we didn’t even took a picture lol I ordered double backed duck with red beans and rice and broccoli. It was very delicious with a little sweet taste to a crust. I would definitely recommend this place! Next time we’re near Zea I’ll definitely stop by! Thank you!

Went to pick up and online order. It was ready when i arrived. Ate the fries on my way home because i don't like cold fries but they were already cold and soggy. Ordered 3 sweet and spicy, lunch size, dark meat, rotisserie chicken plates. 2 with thai snap beans, plain snap beans and the other with fries and sweet potato mash. The snap beans were amazing. The sweet potatoe mash was great. I ordered the sweet and spicy rotisserie because i had it at the Manhattan location 2 days prior and it was absolutely delicious. Which some disappointment, it was not the same at this location. The skin was not crispy like the harvey location. Instead it was very tough as if it had been cooked the day before and reheated in the microwave. The sauce was cold and to say it was dark meat, it was very dry. Maybe the experience is different if i order inside. For now, i highly recommend the Manhattan location if possible.
