Biscuits & Buns On Banks

I love the paintings on the wall, it essentially pays homage to the city, I’m a sucker for New Orleans art work. The food was delicious, I have the waffles with berries on it, I opted out of getting it with the Brie cheese…I had a side of breakfast potatoes that was seasoned to perfection and a side of cheese grits which were also good. I 100% will be going back to support. Now, the only thing I will say is you have to be patient, don’t go there starving because it takes a minute, but do not let it deter you from checking the place out. My mom loves the shrimp and grits, I did not get a chance to try it, but I look forward to it.

The food was delicious! I ordered the pork chop with grits and eggs. The pork chop was seasoned to perfection. My husband ordered the omelette with egg whites and hash browns. It was amazing! The sever was awesome as well. She was very apologetic for our wait, so she discounted our bill. It definitely was worth the wait. The cook and the rest of the crew were cool and friendly. Overall the experience was great. I most definitely will be coming back. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you all for your Southern hospitality.

The place is a New Orleans diner style. Reminds me of local home restaurants where you know you will get a good meal. Service was good. They were down a cook and apologized for the wait on the food. The food met expectations. Wanted to try something outside of Bourbon St. and a place where locals may frequent. Walked from this location to a coffee shop for drink on the way to the City Park.
