I am typing as I’m chewing!! Whoever the cool was literally had to put their foot of gold in this plate!!! I got the superdome!!!!! It’s delicious! I also got thr Dat Shyt Fruit Punch and the name is fitting!!! I think they should put wrap on the plates for delivery so the sauce doesn’t spill. 10/10

My son and I were in town for a visit. People talking about the great flavors here. We stopped in real quick for a taste. So glad we did. We had the gumbo combo and it was the best gumbo we ever had. The seasoning and spices were right in your face, but only in the best way. The grilled cheese and potato salad are perfect. If you don't know how to dip the GC or use the PS in the gumbo, you better ask somebody! It was delicious, balanced and we can't wait to get back.

I looked the place up on Google and it wasn’t far from our AirBnB and was highly rated. Decided to take a chance and check it out. First let me say this place is awesomely awesome. Got there right around noon with a group of 3 and my 2 year old daughter. Not soon after arriving I can see why it’s rated so high. My daughter was definitely ready for a nap and was getting a tad delirious. She was running in and out of the restaurant and was being a tad rowdy. The woman at the front came out and was talking to my wife and daughter and was even dancing around with in front of the restaurant with her. She also took her back to the kitchen and showed her where her food was being cooked. Food came out pretty quickly but decided to take it to go at the last second. This food is absolutely incredible. I got the Nola Jam with blackened chicken and green beans and it was amazing. The chicken strips my daughter got were also absolutely incredible. My family loved this place and will recommend it to anyone who asks. Ten out of ten.

My favourite! Honestly, Had the Bourbon Love with chicken and the NOLA with fried fish. These are dishes that I dream of…. Outstanding. Not to be missed for a takeout or grab a picnic table outside.

One of my top 5 favorite places. I’ve only ever had the food delivered but it is always seasoned just right- even the sides are delicious. I like getting the fried chicken Dat Plate w/ bread pudding (Thank you for not putting raisins in that btw. 🙏)

Everything was amazing and filled with flavor! Wait time was great, like under 15 min. Dat Shyt drink was fye! 10/10 and perfect for our tequila we brought. I scrapped the plate clean it was sooo good. Customer service was awesome too, she was very personable and kind. The only thing and this has nothing to do with the food or service, but the tables outside were not leveled and we didn’t know prior to sitting down. Which caused my gf to fall, scrape her leg down to her toes, and waste her drink. It probably was hilarious to watch on camera tho! But we got the drink replaced and her scrapes are healed now. 😅
