I've been to this restaurant twice and had amazing experiences. The first time was 6 years ago when I had one of the best meal's of my life here. The second was a few weeks ago where I again had a fantastic meal. Every time someone I know is going to New Orleans this is the number one place I recommend, in fact I tell them they MUST find the time to go here. I've never had anything but exceptional food here and everyone I've been with and recommended it to has enjoyed themselves as well. The next time I'm back in New Orleans NOLA will once again be my first stop!

The food was amazing and the service was top notch! We got the boneless stuffed wings for an appetizer and then had the New York strip and I got the shrimp and grits both of which were so good! There was a generous portion of shrimp and the flavor was amazing and not greasy at all. My husband's steak was tender cooked to perfection and topped with fried oysters on top of the potatoes and he couldn't eat it all the potion was so big. We followed that with the banana cake with fudge sauce and Chantilly cream! So light and flavorful! Gregory and Ruth were our severs and they were awesome! Gregory's personality and friendly banter made the night the best! We can't wait to come back!

Good food and the pricing is descent, but I had betters.
We enjoyed the server, Sheryl, which was super happy and nice. As is said, the food was OK but other than the local Creole flavors, didn't feel too special (the fillet of the beef was ordered medium rare, but was provided medium well. It was too salty. The surrounding was really good. Mushroom, sauce...
The desert we took was really special. Not something we ever tasted before.

NOLA is a MUST to go to during happy hour. They have great well drinks for a discounted price and the food specials were just as awesome. The pizza was super good, we loved the gator bites and the boudin balls were super unique to be cooked inside of bread. Excellent!!!

Continuing my series of reviews of my time in The French Quarter: We stopped in at NOLA for lunch, and we a very enjoyable experience.
We were able to make a reservation online before arriving in New Orleans which was very convenient when planning our visit to The French Quarter.
The jambalaya was excellent! It is a huge portion. You better come very hungry or bring back-up to help you finish.
They had a great wine selection, I highly recommend ordering the gator bites. Enjoy!

Despite our orders coming out wrong overall the food was good. Fish had a good taste along with the shrimp. Oysters were fried just right. Gumbo was great very flavorful, etouffee was slightly sweet tasting and the red beans were thick which wasnt a deal breaker for me on either. I definitely would recommend this place.

Went on a recommendation and glad I did! Everything we tried was delightful! My favorite was the octopus and elote dish...mouthwatering!The staff greeted us upon entering and the service was great from start to end.

Lovely and knowledgeable servers. Cool vibe. My husband's steak was absolutely DELICIOUS. We are from KC - it might be one of the best we've had. The house made fusilli was delightfully spicy. People next to us had the moon pie dessert which they said was hard and horrid. We had the "sundae" which is really just ice cream (no hot fudge, no whip, no cherry), but it had blondie bites and ice cream was clearly homemade. It was very tasty, but I still wouldn't call it a sundae. Overall, recommend.

Came here last night (Oct 19) with a group of friends for my birthday dinner. I am glad I choose this restaurant as it was a very good evening! The restaurant itself was nicely decorated, staffed appropriately, and the ambience was very nice as well. The atmosphere is more so business casual but not too over the top.
I ordered the Ora King Salmon with a side of mushrooms and peas. The portions are your standard size to not get you completely full but enough that you’re not starving. The salmon was very delicious and it melted in my mouth! It was cooked perfectly and very crusty/flaky. This is a dish I would get again. The mushrooms and peas was great as well as it had a taste of sour and savory. I ate every bite!
Our server was very knowledgeable of the menu, wines, and making sure we were taking care of. Overall, this was a great dinner and I can’t wait to come back!

Very good. Food was great. I think server could have been a bit more patient with our menu questions. He kind of made us feel like they were stupid questions. The crab cake, duck dish and artichoke special was delish.
