Went here on a Sunday evening. It was very busy but we had a reservation so we were seated immediately. I noticed a bit later some walk-ins arrived with no reservation and had to wait. I didn't see how long they waited because our food came and I wasn't paying attention.
We started with the Brussels sprouts, their take on shrimp cocktail, and the pork skins. They were all great. The Brussels sprouts were probably my favorite of the three.
For my main I had a seafood dish but I can't remember the name of it. I've posted a pic of it it has the white broth. It was amazing. I would definitely go back just for that!
We were seated in the front, there were several tables for two and there were people seated at the bar. There was a back room but I couldn't see the layout.
I can't drink alcohol anymore but they had some fancy non-alcoholic drinks that were really good. I had one with limeade and one with grapefruit juice. The limeade was my favorite.
Our waitress was really helpful and attentive. If I lived in New Orleans I would definitely be a regular there.
Was my first day in New Orleans and I accidentally came across this restaurant.
Service was really nice and helpful knowing menu but cocktail drinks nat really.
Food was very fresh, good taste but a little over salted.
Drinks was to smoll for value . To expensive !!! Pricey the same like Manhattan and nat big .Definitely not worth the price for the product.
I'm nat sure if I will be back here and recommend this place.
Don't like overpriced
We really enjoyed this little place.
The atmosphere is beautifully hidden and peaceful from the street.
For dessert we had the pork skins and the tostones. I'd never had REAL pork skins before. They were pretty good, and the sauce made them perfect.
The tostones.. and that slaw on top were just delicious!!
My husband for dinner got a mussels, shrimp, crab bowl with a creamy broth and rice. He yummed all the way through it! He said the heat was perfect and everything was delicious.
I got the Grilled Coulotte steak. The steak had great flavor and cooked perfectly.. but it was very grisly... I had to spit out 5 bites just because I couldn't chew it well enough. The avocado puree was very good and went with the flavor of the steak very well. The side... I dont remember what they are called... wasn't good. They were bland, posing as fries... I see potential in them but they need different flavors.
Drinks, we got a Haitian maitai and a sunset falls (or something similar). We both really enjoyed them!
Dessert was a flan with caramel sauce. We loved it!!
I went for Coolinary and forgot to upload my review. WORTH EVERY PENNY! The service and atmosphere was so good that I was shocked by how good the food was. If I enjoyed spending time in the French Quarter this would be a monthly visit.
The food was great. We nearly got one of everything from the appetizers to the entrees and it was all great. The octopus tasted like a nice tender piece of meat. The steak was good like a piece of roast beef. Service was great overall and great cocktails as well.
A great spot in the heart of the quarter. You have probably never tasted food like this. Perhaps you have had plantains...with a sweet slaw on top? Adds great flavor to a tasty treat.
Even it you are not hungry it is a secret way to taste the creativity Neil Bodenheimers bartenders are know for. Even drinks you think would not be to you liking, give it a shot because you will be surprised.
A great atmosphere that will make you think you will walk outside to any carribean city.
My friends and I came here for dinner and we loved the drinks! The food is delicious of course and the staff is very nice. The drinks stand out the most because of how different and creative they are. The restaurant is located in a great area where you can check out other bars and shops. Definitely recommend!

The atmosphere in this place was a great vibe. From the lighting to the building itself, I enjoyed it. I was on a food tour that ended here. So I tried what was recommended. I really enjoyed the plantains.
We loved their cocktails. Hurricane and Mai Tai were great. The bartenders were very fun and also offered us a shot and we made a toast all together. Planning to go back to try the pina colada and the special Mai Tai
I am so happy I found Nola's latin fusion hidden gem in the French Quarter. The service experience provided by Jordan, Emily and Yana surpassed my expectations. We enjoyed perfectly mixed cocktails, crawfish croquetas (to die for with chunks of crawfish in it), steak entree (cooked perfectly) and the crawfish rundown entree. Please stop by if you have a chance, you will not be disappointed. The portions are generous so we didn't have room for dessert. Congrats to the chef(s) for bringing something unique and flavorful to the area.
