Loved everything about this place. We dined at the S. Broad location. It's fairly new, opened in 2017. They have parking in the back, outdoor seating, and a few games (i.e. cornhole), presumably for waiting patrons. I placed myself on the waitlist but the wait was only 15-20 minutes as opposed to 1-2.5 hours at the other locations.
The food was delicious. The French toast bites were like candy, so light and crispy, yet sweet. The sweet potato beignets, a seasonal dish, were also delicious, with the beignets placed on top of the scrumptious sweet potato puree and whipped cream. The omelets were tasty, not oily or rubbery, and the grits were equally delicious. I tried the biscuit and the butter on the side topped it off perfectly. Ruby Slipper is a must visit while in New Orleans. I'll definitely visit again.

Our server, Antwyn was super helpful and really hospitable. I would come back just for his service. The food was amazing too though. The French toast was amazing. I’ll definitely visit again when I’m in New Orleans.

I’ll tell you this was the best restaurant that I ate at the whole time that I was in New Orleans which was 3 days. I have never taste anything like it before. Those were the best Benedicts I ever had in my life and I am 59 yrs Old. If you haven’t tried this restaurant, I guarantee you will give it a 5 ⭐️ when you get up from the table. Trust me on this one!!!

Oh so good! We got eggs Benedict and a mimosa flight. I didn’t love the blueberry lavender (but I don’t love lavender), but loved the other mimosas. We LOVE getting brunch, so this was our jam after a couple days in New Orleans.

Excellent food! This would be my go-to spot if I lived in the area. Will come again next time I’m in town. Highly recommended to others.

I wanted to go to toast but no parking space over there and long line. I end up at the Ruby slipper cafe.
I am glad I did! Parking spot over there dedicated to their customers, no big line, good food, good service, good atmosphere, clean. The perfect breakfast place. Stress free!
Their omelets are good!

So glad this location has a parking lot!!! We came into town just for this place, and are so glad we did. Everything we got tasted amazing and the service was top notch, we have never eaten at a Ruby Slipper so our server was the best, giving us honest recommendations. Talk about a food coma that is worth it. If we are ever in new Orleans again we will stop by.

Knowledgeable servers, cooked to order, lively and colorful atmosphere. This place came recommended through various sources, and I wasn't disappointed. The menu wasn't too flexible for vegetarians who don't eat eggs, but I still enjoyed my time there.

Best fried green tomatoes I've had in years. The food has balance and attention to detail. The staff go out of their way to make the meal fun and pleasant experience. They even have a nice parking lot that's easy to get in and out of. I thoroughly enjoyed myself.
