Dunkin'

Visiting from Florida, and originally thought Gas Station Dunkin’ would be gross and inferior. To my surprise they had a lot more bakery items and coffee to offer than what I saw at the Airport. Joel was so charming and provided perfect service. It was like he would do anything to make sure my twin and I left the store with a smile. I definitely wasn’t an easy customer as I ordered an Ice Coffee and forgot to say “decaf,” but without hesitation, he was happy to change it after already making the original order… AMAZING SERVICE!! Joel definitely made our last day in Connecticut memorable.

The people who work there a wonderful! They were there faithfully every day during the height of covid and they were always there waiting to serve me at between 4:30-5:00 and it was very handy to stop and get last minute groceries or gas from the 24 hour station it occupies. But for whatever reason now that the state has opened back up, it seems like all those happy covered faces have seem to be replaced with others who are not as eager to serve you! And in many occasions have not even shown up! Forcing me to go to a competitor. Starbucks who are always there so I'm sorry for jumping ship, but only because I no longer get to see the people who got me through this whole crazy last year!! I'm going to miss them and your coffee! But I would rather spend my limited time at one location and not have to worry about wether they are open or not! Thanks again to all your morning workers who always started my day off positive. Hopefully they were picked up by a company that appreciates them ! They earned it.

Girl with black hair is very rude here through drive through. Got my coffee order wrong then lectured me that I should'nt of brought the coffee back to her window and that it shoud of been thrown out. Second coffee was also made wrong, most probably on purpous. This employee didnt seem to like to hear that she made the coffee wrong. Second employee with light brown hair seemed very friendly though.

The worker swore at me when she got my order wrong and I asked her to fix it. When I tried to reply she closed the drive in window and refused to change it. How can dunkin donuts advertise that you'll have your order fixed when it's done wrong if their employees are completely disrespectful when you ask. I've gone there many times and other employees have corrected my order without me having to ask because they know my order and are respectful about it.
