Wing It On!

I went there with my daughter. We both ordered the nugget meal and chose a sauce. The chicken tasted way off as in something was wrong with it and both sauces (which were different) tasted spoiled/weird. We threw it all in the trash. I don't know where these good reviews came from. The food was overpriced and disgusting.

Second time ordering from here and I probably won't again. The wings so small with barley any meat and sauce. The website goes out of it way to provide customized orders like xtra wet xtra crispy only flats ect. I checked and paid for all of these and recieved none. Its like they didn't even look at that part. Asked for honey mustard on side and it came on the tenders. Just moved out to New Britain and have been trying to find the best wings and everything so far is disappointing, I figure for sure the restaurant with the word *Wing* in it will get it right, and unfortunately not. The fries and shake were good though

Food is decent but extremely slow service. They don't fill orders in consecutive order so it takes an hour just to get everything. And it's slow to come out even if we call ahead. They take a bunch of online orders and leave people sitting at the restaurant hanging out for an hour. Short staffed and poorly managed

My overall experience at Wing It On is always a great experience there is worker there she was about I would say between 20 years old or 24 I believe her name is Alissa. She’s very nice very helpful and we have great conversations all around she makes my food amazing!! The phone service is always great with her she’s always telling me the deals that are going on and over makes the ordering process fun and happy. She seems to love what she does and that’s great there should be more people like her in food and health service industry!!! She’s usually there almost every time I come in to place my order if it’s in person or over the phone it’s always a great experience every time I come in and this is the only cook that cooks my meal the way I ask for and perfectly im my opinion I feel like every other cook there does a poor job with my meal and she should get a raise in my opinion I wish I had her working at my company! -Jason M.
