Subway

Terrible. They won't except coupons. 3 12" grinders for $18. So I ended up buying 2 for $28. Total Ripoffs, very small amount of meat, mostly bread. Don't bother making coupons when very few accept them. I'm done with Subway. To bad the Tuna incident did take them down. Employees look miserable working on here, and I mean not just one or two of them. Disappointing, very disappointed

Ordered a subway melt and the worker immediately put tuna on my sandwich. After correcting him he proceeds to put roast beef on it when a subway melt consists of ham, bacon, and turkey breast. Being a former worker the instructions to making this sandwich is literally in front of his face. I’m annoyed

I sponsored a trip to Ocean Beach for 25 teens (ages 14-17) on August 13, 2021. I went to this subway and they helped me TREMENDOUSLY!!! They even threw in an extra sandwiches (at no charge), extra ketchup, mustard, drinks, and CHIPS just in case. They were professional and although I gave them short notice, it was boxed and ready for pick up the morning of the trip (8:00 am). Everything was DELICIOUS- the teens LOVED the sandwiches - although they were full off the one sandwich, they were extras available! I never believe when people post negative comments, it could be the customer! I had to try it for myself, and I don’t have one NEGATIVE thing to say about their service! 5.0 is what I’m giving!!!

Horrible. Wish I could do 0 stars. I mean I said I wanted Italian bread and the worker made it on wheat. I had already paid for my food and realized this mistake when I took the first bite. So I asked her if it was wheat and she said ‘yes that’s wheat’ and didn’t even apologize. So I told her I don’t really like wheat and can’t really eat it and she just said ‘I’m sorry’. So I tried one more bite and I really just couldn’t stomach it. So I went up and told her I couldn’t eat it is there a possibility I can have a remake and she said ‘I’m really sorry but I can’t remake it for you because you already ate it’. I’m sorry what? I took one bite and found out it was wrong. You did nothing. I took one more bite to see if I could tolerate it. And I had no problem giving them the mess up back. I didn’t want free food just the sandwich that I paid for because it was made WRONG. She then proceeded to tell my friends that her MANAGER said they can’t remake food for people. Eventually my friend, who is a manager, explained to the girl that in food service she would have expected her staff to remake it. So the worker listened to her and remade it. I mean, come on. I manage a restaurant too. If the guests food was made wrong then it is our responsibility to fix it. Simply put. I didn’t eat it all and then complain. To add to the issue, she said she had to call the manager and ask him. Where is the manager then?
