Never coming back. It's a shame that a luxury store is hosting such awful "restaurant" on it's premises. They never have anything I want on the menu. Everything is WAY overpriced. Kids cheese sandwich (2 poorly looking pieces of bread with a thin layer of cheese $9!!!) MacDonalds serve better looking food than at thus place. Embarrassing rip off...

Today I went to one of my favorite places for lunch. Love the food! Hadn’t been in sometime because of all that’s going on in the world. However the servers wore gloves the entire time. At no time did I see anyone Sanitizing their hands or changing their gloves. I did not witness anyone changing gloves and as they went from clean and dirty tables to touch in your linens, glasses or dishes While serving you. No sanitizing before or after touching your items such as your credit card or check. Science is science, I won’t be back until things change

I Frankly frequently dine at the Bazille bistro cafe located in Natick Mall for lunch and dinner. I love the atmosphere food is delicious food absolutely delicious and the service is outstanding and the service outstanding , especially Waite staff Jennifer, Larry,Reuben,Tayya ! They are Courteous, pleasant and welcoming ! I would not hesitate recommend this restaurant to anyone for lunch or dinner for lunch or dinner. Roya Bayat and Brian McSweeney

Bought the $18 crab mango avocado salad and was given literally a two bite side salad. It was so tiny that I had to go get lunch somewhere else after, which is ridiculous for those prices. My coworker got a salad at a similar price and it was normal and full sized. Usually love Nordstrom Cafe but won’t be going back anytime soon, was completely ripped off.

The only reason I’ll give a two is because I’ve been coming here for years and unfortunately my shrimp cilantro salad is good until I saw how they prepared it first of all they didn’t clean the shrimp at first I saw the chef taking the poop out when the shrimp was cook disgusting and that’s not protocol I work in the food industry and my dad was a chef at 5star restaurant so I’m not accustomed to having poop in my shrimp after is cook and also I got so little of the salad had to ask for more I mean for $20.00 I expect more and better protocol on how they handle food this how we get sick totally disgusting! I will not come back and rest assure I will spread the word I am a foodie!! Margaret vazquez not pleased !!
