Came here while shopping in the mall and just our luck the belt was broken. The upside is, the sushi was made ridiculously fresh as it was per order, but the point of going to conveyor belt sushi is to grab it from the belt. Quality wise it wasn't the greatest thing out there. For "mall sushi" it was decent at best. Kinda made you want to just try the sushi at wegmans and see what was better...

Convient, cheap, and quick place if you need to fulfill your sushi craving. Friendly staff, and you request roll made to order if you’d like. Sushi quality is definitely not great but it was a fun experience!

This place is bad. Really bad. Probably the worst sushi I've ever had. I've never eaten "gas station sushi", but I'm sure it's close to this. The belt is a cool idea in theory, but what you get is warm sushi that's not pleasant to eat. The price is okay... If the sushi were good... But it's not so it's a rip-off. My wife and mom both got one of the bowls with chicken and even those were pretty bad. Bland and dry. My mom also asked for shrimp and got chicken anyway... Our waitress was nice though. Only reason why this is a two star review instead of a one star. I'm sure people don't tip well considering most of the food comes via belt, but she still kept up with the table. I've been wanting to eat here for a while but I'll never eat here again. Gross.

This is a really fun experience if you've never dined at a sushi train or similar establishment. The food comes around, it's labeled, you take what you want to eat. If what you want isn't coming around, you can also order straight from the menu (though it's not nearly as fun). There is far more variety that way, though I find they are often out of some items. Also, I can get more vegan options by ordering off the menu. I recommend not coming in the last hour before closing as they are not actively Maki new items (unless you order them) so it's just not much fun. Its hard to know how to tip the servers if all they are bringing you is water and soy sauce. There are items for sale near the register, including some cute bento boxes targeted towards kids but suitable for anyone (Americans eat bigger portions than people in Japan). Prices are reasonable for some things and a bit overpriced for others. Plates are color-coded so you'll know how much your items cost and can easily add them up as you go if need be. Parking can be found around the Natick Mall, though we usually use the lower level entrance where the pay/valet parking is, but we just walk in there after parking elsewhere. It's a good shortcut to avoid the rest of the mall.

Good place for lunch at the mall. I tried the Sweet Potato Tempura roll which was vegan, and I had to grab another plate! It was delicious. The pricing was also great ($4.50 for the roll).

Cool, well designed restaurant and a fun experience. I’ve had much better sushi and the service was a little slow. There’s a good amount of variety and it’s a fun type of restaurant. Give it a try.

Meh. All the food is clearly frozen, at least much of the raw fish was. Our server was incredibly nice, so that’s a bonus. A bit expensive for some items (IE: a small bowl of fruit being $3.50) but you usually get what you pay for. Would make it a bit cheaper but other than that it’s mediocre. Wouldn’t go out here again if I’m looking for good Sushi. Enjoyed the protein bowls, probably the best purchase I made.

If you have ever had sushi in your life you will be severally disappointed eating here! The concept is cool and fun, but the quality of food is absolutely non-existent! They have many varieties but terrible quality. The noodle bowls were so bad that we couldn't eat much of it. The noodles were boiled or microwaved without any seasoning! The chicken was also boiled with zero taste or seasoning. We felt sorry for the waitress because she was super friendly and nice but wondered if she ever made enough tips with such low quality and pricy mall food! Basically, save your time and your money and go enjoy real sushi.
