The two employees that assisted me this Fri. Aug. 26th night were Awesome!
I came in after 9 pm (running errands for others) & they were friendly, professional, & efficient while I waited for someone to text back more information about what they wanted. Meanwhile, they took care of other late night patrons in the same manner, which I think is very commendable esp. considering it was near the end of what was surely a busy day (a very hot/humid Friday in Nashville!).

I have been going here since i was a little girl, I am 40 now and bring my kids here. It hasn't changed and its just as good as its always been!
This was a spur of the moment stop for 31 flavors. I haven't been to Baskin-Robins in quite a few years, and glad we stopped. Staff was very friendly and patient while we tried to decide what to order. It was bright, cheery, and clean. The frozen display case had plenty to choose from if you wanted to a take home item. I recommend the pistachio almond in a waffle cone, but everything looked delicious. We will definitely stop by again if in the neighborhood.
I was excited to be there and also impressed by the different flavors. The staff was very patient and delivered a magnificent scoop of ice cream. I highly recommend this location and the Halloween Oreo ice cream 😊
This particular Baskin Robbins has been around for over 30 years, with good reason! The ice cream selection is good and the service is great. I love it when I have a reason to be on this side of town because this is a treat I go for.
The young man working the counter the evening we visited was by himself with a never ending line out the door. Yet he was friendly, polite, and didn’t seem stressed out at all. He did a fantastic job when it was apparent he should have had backup.
This place was awesome. My fiance and I had two scoops I have ice cream. It was a decent price. It was just more fun because he had never had it before and I got to take him.
There was only one girl working and she was friendly and quick what i don't like is they don't have it fixed so i could add a tip to my order and i had no money they need to fix that the people who work there deserve a tip
The emo kid in the black jacket is a very responsible and fast paced worker when I ca she gave me and my wife a sweet attitude which definitely makes up for her intimidating appearance. Never judge a book by its cover kids☺️
One of my favorite ice cream places..reminds me of being a little girl. Still great prices! Was very busy last time I went but we were in and out!
