Breakfast sandwich was good.Only had 4 other people in the restaurant but the server was in a hurry to get us in an out which isn’t always bad at an airport but this was more like we interrupted her social time with the other employees. I’m not saying don’t eat here because it was very good. Customer service is just lacking.
Music and Excellent Airport Food
This is a spinoff of the famous Tootsie's honky tonk in downtown Nashville. We had a layover in Nashville and gave this place a try. Within a few minutes of us sitting down, a very good singer playing a guitar ended his day there. They regularly have musicians that play there. As with most airport eateries, they have a full bar with quite a few beers on tap. My wife had the Mushroom Swiss Burger ($12.50) which came with a side of fries. The burger was actually 2 burger patties, probably one half pound of meat total, with a swiss cheese slice, a few grilled mushrooms, lettuce, tomato and raw red onion. She said it had a very good beef flavor and she enjoyed it. The fries were just fries. I had the Supreme Nachos ($12.00). They come with Chili, but I substituted BBQ pork for an extra $2.00 and I'm glad I did. To my surprise, they added the pork along with chili atop the tortilla chips. The chili didn't have much flavor. There was plenty of melty queso, some tomato, and a few jalapeno slices. They were very generous with the pork. This was not pulled pork, but rather large chunks of very moist, lightly seasoned pork that had a pure pork flavor. I was very happy I got this. For airport food, it was pretty good.
I'm so glad I got to hang out here while waiting for my flight home. The live music was great, the food was yummy and our server was nice. I did enjoy being able to people watch from our table all of the people rushing through the airport. It's not Broadway, but it was a good time.
Both my husband and I were in the mood for a burger. After checking out all the sit down places in the terminal, went to Tootsies because there were several different burgers. We both got the Mushroom Swiss. While the flavor was good, it was barely warm. Ditto for the fries that came on the side.
My Old Fashioned and his Bloody Mary were good, too.
One of my favorite airport bar/restaurants. They actually had a guy playing live music in the middle of the afternoon, on a weekday. Typical Nashville! Plus, the food and service was great. Super expensive beers though. ($12 for a Coors light). But, it IS an airport.
Tootsies in the Nashville Airport does a good job!! We have stopped in on several trips to grab a quick meal. Breakfast today, dinner another trip. Both were tasty & fast. The service is courteous & helpful. Live entertainment is usually happening too. This morning it was a young man singing & playing his guitar 🎸 for tips. Good sound & fun. Perfect for Nashville!!!
Great choice if you want one more bit of Nashville atmosphere and music before you depart. Decent live music, small menu but good food, and very friendly service. Good choice at the airport.
I had a great burger here, and it was served extremely fast. The beer tasted great, and the service was always quick.

Our flights were cancelled and we ate at this spot at Nashville airport. I ordered a bowl of chili and mozzarella sticks and my husband ordered chicken tenders and fries. We didn't have high hopes and the food was surprisingly good.
Seated right away great service. Prices weren't bad for airport. Portions were good sized. We were happy with everything we ordered.
