Always ready for pickup when they say it will be. Baked perfectly and still super hot when I return home with it. My teen sons prefer thin crust pizza- I love Jet’s thick crust pan pizza- is my go-to anytime it’s just me and I want pizza:)
New to the area and never had Jet's before. Went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, thankfully Drake was working. He talked me into their Detroit deep dish with pepperoni and jalapeños, with their buttery garlic and marinara sauce. Absolutely fire. If you go ask for drake and trust his suggestion.
Shockingly great Detroit style pizza. Many times better than any chain we have had.

Crisp flavorful pizza. Way better than I was expecting. Crispy crust and very full if flavor. The deep dish pepperoni pizza with turbo crust was great cold the next day.
Good pizza and a good price. Very clean inside and the staff were pleasant. Deep dish pizza was my favorite but all of it is pretty good.
Great Atmosphere, service, and food is always hot and fresh. Great location. Highly recommend this location.

We have been to this Jets location 3 times now. Every time we have not been disappointed. The food has been hot, delicious, fresh looking and fresh tasting.
Isabella has greeted us each time and she is a breath of fresh air. She is polite, courteous, smiles when she talks and listens intently. I'm not sure if she is the manager but if not she deserves to be one!
They also offered a military discount which is hard to find here. I would certainly recommend.
Isabella is the bomb. She was extremely kind and helpful. Our group ordered numerous pizzas and she wanted to make sure we had everything we needed like plates, silverware, and cheese / pepper.

As we were walking around the plaza my daughter said she wanted pizza. When I asked what kind she said, "That One" and pointed at Jets. Ok.. I'd never had Jets Pizza before but heard wonderful things. Not gonna lie.. the price caught me off guard at first but she had been such a good girl I figured, why not.
The 3 gentlemen inside were so sweet with her and when asking us what we wanted asked her. She thought that was so cool. After taking our order of a medium "All the Meats", as my child put it, pizz.. they allowed her to stand on the bench and showed her how they made her pizza. While it was cooking and she was hoping there were "That was an awesome hop" coming from the guys. They made her day.
When we got home.. the pizza was WELL WORTH IT!! I haven't had pizza that was so flavorful in a very long time. Fresh ingredients, robust pizza sauce.. definitely a great treat.
It was our first experience. We wanted delivery and we placed our order online and cash was an option!! Thank you for that! About 15 minutes before we expected our pizza to arrive we get a phone call. The young man said that he was cutting out pizza but a piece fell on the floor so they were making us a fresh one and that our delivery would be a little later (plus we get the pizza that was missing a piece). The driver arrived in no time and explained what happened too. We take the pizza and find that the piece that was missing was a tiny corner! Customer service was great and the pizza was damn good too!! We all loved it!!! Thank you Jets Pizza Naples!!!
