What a great experience we had at this restaurant! You know it's a good sign when you sit down and within 30 seconds you have bread on your table and your waiter (Jose) is asking you if you'd like a drink! The food is excellent, the beers are excellent and I can't say enough about the dessert and coffee that we had. Overall, just a great experience and we will definitely be back. I highly recommend a visit to Black Forest!

Delicious German Food 😎😎😎 ... I recently visited Black Forest German Restaurant and was blown away by the authenticity of their dishes. In particular, I was delighted to try their Sauerbraten Beef, which was absolutely outstanding. The meat was perfectly tender and flavorful, and the accompanying gravy was rich and savory. I could tell that the beef had been marinated for a long time, as it had a complex depth of flavor that was truly remarkable. Overall, the Sauerbraten Beef was one of the best German dishes I have ever had, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious meal. The Veal Schnitzel at Black Forest German Restaurant was also excellent. The breading was perfectly crisp, and the veal was cooked to perfection. The portion size was generous, and the dish was served with a side of warm potato salad and tangy lingonberry sauce. The combination of flavors and textures in the Veal Schnitzel was exceptional, and I would definitely order it again on my next visit to the restaurant. Finally, I must mention the White Bean Soup at Black Forest German Restaurant. This soup was hearty, comforting, and incredibly flavorful. The white beans were perfectly cooked and the broth was rich and savory, with a touch of smokiness that added depth to the dish. The soup was served with a side of freshly baked bread, which was the perfect accompaniment to the warm and comforting flavors of the soup. Very small place with an older style interior. Many tables out front on a beautiful patio. Food was incredible. Wife had the veal wiener schnitzel, I had the veal Ruben schnitzel. The red cabbage is a very tasty portion of the dish. We also sampled the apple strudel which was excellent and the German chocolate cake which was beyond belief. Highly recommend giving this place a try. Update 10-30-22 Still amazing. Owner and staff very engaged. Food is delicious. Probably our favorite Florida dining.

Delightful food, atmosphere, outside seating is refreshing and staff is great. LOVED the change of pace from other restaurants (steak, chicken, burgers, fish places)- Food quite good- all dishes we have tried: jargerschnitzel , chicken picant, a roast pork special and DELICIOUS red cabbage with apples was superb- sweet and delicious. Desserts quite good also. Oh and the split pea soup - WOW! Loved it! The outside seating is wonderful with a low wall of bubbling waterfalls/ water bubblers built in, open and airy and gets late afternoon shade. Will return here!!

Having grown up with heavy German influence, I am picky about my German food. This restaurant absolutely blew me away. You walk inside and it smells like fresh German homemade cooking. Was very happy with my meal and the service- our server was very friendly and attentive. This was my first meal in Naples FL and I was very satisfied! Love this little gem!!
