Taco Bell

I wish I could give no stars. The staff there tonight (04/06/2022) were more concerned with goofing off than getting customers orders correct.They were playing offensive and obscene music so loud, you could hear it with your windows rolled up in the drive thru. Half of my family’s food was left out of the order, and when we called the manager, “Sam”, to make it right, she argued with us, saying “that is NOT what was left out of your order”. She was rude and disrespectful, treating us like we did something wrong or that we were lying. When we asked for the owners contact information, she refused to give it to us. ALL of our burritos and tacos (that were actually there) were missing half of their ingredients and the ingredients that were in them were old and hard. I’m all for having a good time at work and making it fun, but if it causing you to mess up your customer’s orders, maybe management should set some limits. Keep in mind they did not have a rush of customers and were not busy. If they would have been busy, I could understand our experience. I understand times are hard and employees are hard to come by. But as someone who has worked in the food and retail industry for most of my life, this is ridiculous customer service. Please, give your employees and management customer service training!

Horrible experience. No steak or chicken anything available. Workers gave me a box of tacos knowing the box wasn't fit to serve. Saying just do this and they won't notice. They also didn't notice they could be heard. Everything fell out of the bottom as soon as we got home. Still ate the tacos even though it was like eating a taco bowl with your hands. For the experiences and prices anymore, it's a wonder this place is still open.

Tried the Mexican pizza which has been unavailable for a few years now. Was a little disappointed with quality and from the looks of things, they must have just thrown it together as it looked like it had a hangover from last night. I remember it tasting better before it was discontinued some time ago.

Ordered through mobile and got there to find they were out of chicken and could not fulfill my order and could not refund my money. The manager offered me substitute items and I accepted but when I got home I was missing an item. I called the store to let him know I'd be coming back to get the item and was told they had already closed 20 minutes before the advertised closing time and would have to wait until morning. He also said I would need my paper receipt. He didn't give me one. I had a mobile receipt but he wouldn't accept that.

Probably the worst fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Only received half of our food could not pay attention to any detail in the order just threw everything on everything. And this did not just happen once it happened on two separate occasions. Then when we called to try to get it right was told they were no longer taking orders and basically there was nothing that can be done about our order

This play has a major issue with paying attention to detail. On two separate occasions, I ordered a burrito supreme with steak and without sour cream. Both times they gave me a regular burrito supreme. I thought about not ordering it again because I didn't want my order to be screwed up again since I was hungry. So, I tried one last time and surely they weren't going to screw it up on a 3rd visit right? Well, guess what? I received a regular burrito supreme with ground beef not steak for the 3rd F'N time. I'm done with this place.

Mt Washington is STILL the worst place to stop for food! Seems like that "reaper" burrito would have had some kind of spicy to it, NONE. I thought the tomatoes were peppers until I got a good look. Not sure what was going on with the taco meat in my soft taco but, it must have changed since I worked there. Looked weird and tasted weird... To top it all off, they gave me 1/2 an order of nacho fries and almost 1/2 a cheese cup...
