The absolute best Arby's location I have ever been to! The young man who waited on us at the front counter did a phenomenal job I informed him of my tomato allergy and instantly informed the table team and I watched as they took their gloves off and washed and got new gloves. I am highly impressed with the entire staff of the location we were there Friday July 8th, 2022 around 130-230 range. Our food was so delicious and all of it was fresh and the wait was less than 2-3 minutes. Great job to all I look forward to stopping at this location in the future!!

Loved Arby's until lately, last two times I have gone the buns were pretty stale. Everything else was great and have no complaints but the buns. I'd probably drive to the Arby's up in Louisville if you're eating on the go or not in a rush.

Thank goodness for coupons other than being a little pricey food was fresh and great. Manger lady who waited on me was very friendly and gave back the coupons to reuse. Thank you, I will! Grandkids love Arby's.

Food was GREAT and FRESH!!! Service was awesome long line at drive thru but we were through it in 5 minutes. Customer service was awesome as well!! Will be back!!

The first night was at early but the were already closed. Like a lot of places around Mt. Washington, Kentucky, they are having staffing issues. But we do love this location. Always clean and friendly. They do offer Police, First Responders & Military a discount.

That was the worst of the worst fast food I have ever received. The food was old,cold and salty. Went back thru the drive thru to get my order replaced and once again the food was old and soggy. I also ordered a milk shake that was chocolate milk and to top it off they didn't have any straws. The worst fast food experience by far.

Friendly drive through employees. The Brisket, Bacon, Roast beef dip sandwich was excellent! Drive through was fast and easy.
