Mcdonald's

My husband and I just stopped in for a fry and a coke. I used the restroom and the floors are so nasty, slimy and slick that I had to be extremely careful. It’s a LAWSUIT waiting to happen. The whole restaurant is filthy!!!! Will not ever go to this one again! Oh and hand sanitizer units are empty!!! GO FIGURE!!! Disgusting!!!!

The lobby was a mess, there was no sweet tea, and I had to wait almost 10 minutes for my change because the manager would not listen to the cashier stating that she needed change multiple times. To add, the entire crew was sick the rest of the day after eating. Not sure exactly what happened but the hamburgers tasted a little off.

If you ever try to work here or even eat here, then you will get cross contaminated foods and have employees inside that eat your food directly from the heating trays and these specific managers, don’t even get me started on them, when you work for them they are absolute tyrant’s, that will do whatever they want, to get their way. The floors in the work area are covered with grease and food and trash and moldy product, they have unbelievable amounts of grease hidden behind the grills and cross contaminate their food with specific people that don’t wear gloves when handling raw and cooked product. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place was gone in the future, because they took shortcuts to get good reviews only to be left with nothing! I couldn’t put 0 stars so this will have to do, I have only worked with them for a few weeks and it only took me a couple days, to see all of this! So Enjoy, if you think I’m lying, go and see for yourself and you’ll know I was telling the truth!

There seemed to bed a problem with the ordering kiosk. I had to remove about half my order to get it under my budget for the moment. I ended up not even being able to complete my order. But when I went to the register, I had plenty of money for my whole original order. I believe there was another guest who had a problem with it as well. There were promotions that the kiosk would not apply to the applicable items as you ordered them .

Mt. Washington Kentucky McDonalds workers are too engrossed in personal conversations lately to do their jobs correctly. Sat in front of the drive thru for several minutes while two employees had a lengthy personal conversation before taking my money. When I got home… paid for food was not in the bag. The worst thing about it is that this is a regular occurrence.
