7 of us came here yesterday mainly because they were the only bar and grill open at 11:30 am on a Sunday. Helped too that we had $2.00 off coupons on the back of our room keys at the Comfort Inn and Suites. We were so impressed! Exactly what we all needed after a very busy weekend with an event we were hosting. Service was top notch. I think it was Joshua O as that is the name at the bottom of my receipt (Server #422). He even let some of us modify our orders. I myself got the prime rib hoagie, but he let me get it in a wrap. It was the best bar sandwich I have had in a really long time. I told him you really need to put that on the menu. My husband will be eating his brisket nachos for 2 more servings too. The only downside (which is my fault) is that we were having such a nice time and were so impressed that I forgot to use the 3 coupons from our room keys when I was paying the bill LOL.
Food, service and atmosphere were all outstanding. Our waiter was energetic, friendly, and on top of every aspect of our meal. From the appetizers to the main courses, they all were cooked to perfection and wonderfully presented. Seated in front of their beautiful fireplace made my wife's birthday extra special. Highly recommend taking the trip to Mount Pleasant to visit these guys!

I am a frugal spender and do not believe in drinking alcohol or being in places where alcoholic beverage sales or production is central to the existence of the business. I was there only because it was where the prepaid meal was. In spite of it, the atmosphere was great and is the only reason for 4 stars for atmosphere.
Despite my discomfort, I must admit that the service was outstanding. The whole place looked very clean. The wait staff did the best they could to please everyone in the party I was with and with reasonable speed. They were completely professional when there was a misunderstanding of the menu items and they had to get a replacement meal selection. They ensured drinks were full. being in this place.
It appeared everyone enjoyed their meals. My appetizer was the artichoke and cheese with freshly baked soft pretzels. I had the walleye meal and others had prime rib and chicken broccoli fettuccine. I enjoyed my meal.
My the looks of the other pictures shared by others, many have enjoyed this restaurant for at least the last 8 years. I believe it will continue to be this way.
My brother, our friend and I enjoyed our entrees and drinks during dinner time on a Saturday. We were seated immediately without reservations. I enjoyed the pricy but large portion of shrimp broccoli Alfredo that was excellent. I also ordered a take out stone fired BBQ pizza for the family. This again was on the pricier side but was also excellent.
Our service was great especially since she had a table of 8 and 12 that she was working by herself. Full bar, high/low top and patio seating. Large parking lot. Clean and classy. Somewhat loud with crowds. Unsure if they had wifi.
I would return when back in the area.
The smashburger, Bleu burger, and chicken sandwich were all prepared very nicely.
There's an Irish pub vibe inside and a really nice patio (that's what I prefer). The patio is next to the train tracks with a view of a bridge crossing a stream. This is a really solid spot. I was here 10 years ago and had the same experience.
We loved our experience here! It's an old train depot and they've kept a lot of the original aspects of the building, something I very much appreciate!
Our waitress was attentive but not annoying and the food was fabulous!
I had the Mountain Town Salad and husband had the Herb-Pecan Walleye. Both were very, very good!
We got the peach margarita, blended and that was superb as well👍🏻

The food at Mountain Town Station is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I had fish and chips and it was delicious. I love the service at the place and the server Jake E. was friendly to me and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.
Andrew and the kitchen staff were extremely helpful in accommodating a gluten and dairy free diet! The food was delicious and came out really quickly. The maple dressing for my side salad was amazing!
Being members of Harvest Hosts, we stopped by for the evening and thoroughly enjoyed the Dinner, Drinks, and atmosphere. The food and service was amazing!
Marge was our server. We couldn’t ask for better service. She is a expert with the menu and food selections. Beer and wine was delicious. We received plenty of friendly attention not too much. Just right!
Mountain Town Station has a wonderful inside environment. Every customer was enjoying the visit here. Plenty of customers yet background noise wasn’t a problem.
Jim the owner wasn’t available to thank personally. Hopefully this review gets his attention!

A charming brewery with good food. We took our son and his college roommates. We had excellent service, flights of beer and for the most part good food. The boys had Scotch Eggs for the first time and loved them. Two of our party ordered ribs and they were very disappointed. They found them to be tough. I loved my salad although I found the chicken portion to be a bit skimpy. The others really loved their steak, French dip and chicken fingers. I've attached pictures. My true rating is 4.5.

Great atmosphere with restaurant in a converted train station. Rustic and expansive with many seating options. Great place to come for large gatherings with friends and family or a more intimate dinner. Service was attentive and timed perfectly. Large beer and drink selection along with an expansive menu. TV's available for sports buffs also. The food was great! 3 of our group ordered the encrusted Walleye and all raved about it! My wife called it the best she has had. Portion was large and cooked perfectly and served with smashed red potatoes. Can't forget the mushroom bisque served as an appetizer that was delicious and filled with a generous amount of mushrooms. Many of our friends know of and love this place. We hear their steaks are fantastic, and we'll be back soon to sample these for ourselves. It is a fun place and has been added to our short list of favorite restaurants in and around Mount Pleasant!
