Ordered twice recently and both experiences were great. Lady who took order was friendly, pizza was ready on time and very good! My daughter had gluten pizza as well and was very good.
I just love Domino's 🍕. The waiting time is exactly what they say it would be, and the service is friendly and with a smile 😃
My boys and I had a long day fishing and called in an order for pick up. They were very nice, and even found me coupons since our order was pretty big. When I arrived, they greeted me and grabbed my pizza's that were hot and waiting. We used to go to Papa Johns but their service has been suffering. This place is great!!!
Went this morning (Sunday June 13, 2021) and was greeted by Patrick. He was very polite and professional. I will have to say this was the best customer service I have experienced in all the Domino's I have been to across this great nation of ours. Let it be known! This Dominos JUST changed their hours, and neither Google nor the Dominos app has gotten the updated info. They're currently open until 10pm on weekdays. (Not sure on the weekends)
1-Star Experience last night, as I ordered right at 10pm, and didn't get a notice that my order was canceled since the app hasn't updated their hours.
5-Star redemption today when the manager Avery helped me out. She was wonderfully understanding about the situation and and since my order had been voided out she re-took it and cut the cost.
These guys really are a good team. They out-pizza the Hut on the daily.
My place of business ordered 50 pizzas for an event. The pizzas arrived exactly on time (Thanks Andrea) and were hot and perfect! For such a larger order, we were very impressed.
Originally, I was going to give this location one star. I had to go to work right around the corner and had accidentally placed my online carry out order with the wrong Domino's. After cancelling my original order, i made a delivery order of the same exact items. Although it mysteriously cost $12 more, I still prepaid $5 tip for the driver to drive the mile to my job. After an hour and 20mins, I drove over to pick up my pizza, but the driver had just left. I drove back to work and found her outside with my cold pizza. I used my credit to pick up a repeat of my original order. Everything was hot and delicious. I would have put 5 stars if I'd had this last order the first time around.
Okay I'm a delivery driver at this location and I absolutely love working here.Under the new ownership they are constantly striving to improve our service to our customers. As unpredictable as this store is with volume I wanted to post this to thank our loyal customers who've been with us through thick and thin for those of it who experienced the worst possible delivery times and the best. To those who have been dissatisfied with our service I hope that in some measure that with the improvements that have been going on that we will be able to find some way to correct past mistakes and hopefully make your business a better experience. To our future customers I hope that we will be able to strive to make your Pizza experience a good one.
We moved here this month and we’ve had to order pizza twice. This dominos has been great and the food is made very well. I worked at Dominos for 2 years as a shift leader yearssss ago and I truly love this store and it’s pizza. Every time we’ve gone Ralph has been so helpful and happy. He makes our experience so much better and always has a smile on his face. Thank you guys!
