Got a grande java chip and tasted horrible. My breakfast sandwich was good and red velvet cake was good, so happy bout those. They just not up to the Starbucks standards for their coffee, which is the main reason I go.

They were out of lots of stuff but didn't "know" until after they started preparing our orders. It took 25 minutes to make three drinks and we were the only ones in line. They never apologized for the lack of ingredients or the wait.
** We stopped there twice in 3 days with the same service each time.

Today I ordered on the app for in store pickup. I arrived 10 minutes later and it was not ready yet…ok so I wait. 20+ minutes later and after watching the employees make over a dozen beverages for other customers, I finally decide to speak up and ask if they have my order. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me in the last couple of months, so yes now I will stop using the app to order. However there seems to be some disconnect between the app ordering and the employees knowing how to deal with said orders. Very disappointing.

I was in the drive through this morning and the outside display didn't look like what i asked for or what I normally get. I tried to tell the young lady what i wanted. She insisted that she entered it correctly although the display still did not match what I ordered. As i tried again to tell her what i wanted, a different voice came over the speaker and with a very gruff tone said "sir, I'm making your order. I've got it." The ingredient I was requesting popped up on the screen and i pulled forward. I am still confused at the tone of the 2nd young lady because if she recognized that the first young lady was entering the incorrect ingredient why use such a sharp tone in addressing me. As i pulled up to the window. I heard the two young ladies speaking once more
"And then the man was like..." Said the first only to be abruptly interupted by the second with "Shhh he's right there..."
I know this may seem silly especially considering that i have never before had a bad experience at this Starbucks. Sometimes people have a bad day and they behave uncharacteristically. The inverse is also true that sometimes people let the facade slip and you see a glimpse of their true nature. I tend to err on the side of grace and assume the best of people, but never when it comes to people who serve me food. Food servers who dispise you can harm you without your knowledge. These employees may have just been having a bad day, but i dont care to find out. I cancelled my order and I will take my business elswhere.

I love this Starbucks this is my home Starbucks I go there they know my order they know my name I forget to order my drink the way I like it in the staff there always makes it perfect this place will make you feel like home one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to

We always stop at this wonderful Starbucks on our way between Maryland and Kentucky. The staff are friendly and helpful. And the experience at this particular store is always very pleasant. The breakfast sandwiches are always hot and delicious, and so is the coffee.

If I could kiss all of the workers here then I would but there’s still a pandemic out there. The customer service is so amazing at this location- full of the most vibrant and charming employees.
