Cook Out

Cookout was new in elkin first time I've ever eaten at cookout I got a tray the cheeseburger I had to pay extra for the tomato and extra for the cheese the hamburger was black it was burnt to a crisp I could not eat it I tried all I could taste was burnt it was burnt layers down I would have took it back but it was too far to drive I opened the box I had 4 onion rings 2 of them were qaurter size I was very disappointed and had to throw it away picture below. Very disappointed idk if I'll waste my time going back.. it wasn't hot either. Idk why with a burger cooked that black all the way around. It was horrible

We got supper there lastnight and the burger was the best ever! Got it cookout style with cheese minus slaw! It was one of the best char grilled burgers ever! My wife loves the quesadillas! The fries and onion rings were fresh and hot! The cheerwine is the best! Thank you for very good food and service at a good price!

1st time here. Drive-thru service was not pleasant. The girl taking order was rushing, I was looking @ your combos. She was very rude to say the least. She only got the hb. I pulled up and there were a couple or 3 faces staring at me. So, I explained I was a first timer. They didn't care was the expressions. Finally I asked what they had for my order, just the hb. I reordered, and received my food. I paid, and asked for napkins please amd ketchup, she said ..we don't have any...I said ok...then I'll need a refund please. She quickly pulled the wi down shut. She did bring 1 little pkt of ketchup, I told her I had a combo and we'd need at least 3 pets. Again, rude looks, now 2 people staring at me. I again advised just give my mo ey back here's ur stuff. She gave it back and slammed the window..AGAIN. HOPE YOU GUYS CAN.DO BETTER THAN.THIS IN THE FUTURE FOR UR CUSTOMERS. ( I did suggest they advise people of what.they were out of so that we, the customer could make our decision whether or ot we wanted to co tinge with our order. DO BETTER PEOPLE, SHOW SOME APPRECIATION FOR JOB SECURITY..PEOPLE GOTTA EAT, BUT WE HAVE A CHOICE. I WENT T I WENDYS ABOUT A BLOCK AWAY. FABULOUS SERVICE AND FOOD! 5 P.M. WEDNES APRIL 12 2022
